The customer service was excellent, the help for getting my new back bone registered on my new Best Buy credit card was very helpful. At the same time getting my ps4 controller replaced with my warranty.

I have been waiting forever for them to make a green PS4 controller! Green is my favorite color. I love the mix of white for the buttons and back. It handles/functions very smoothly and looks gorgeous. I would definitely recommend this controller to any PS4 owner!
