Excellent movie, very good remake, better than original.

A fantastic remake worth the watch to any fans of the books or the original movie

This has to be one of the best overall 4K UHD disks that I have seen. The visuals and audio are both top notch. I was really impressed with the dynamic range and contrast, with brights being exceptionally bright and shadows looking gorgeous. The audio is equally, if not more, impressive--very active atmos mix. Really like the art work on the steelbook, as well. Looks even better in person.

My review is not for the movie, that I loved, or the quality of the disc itself. Rather it is for Best Buy's customer service. I purchased Dune online during the Black Friday sale and it arrived this afternoon, November 29. Unfortunately the case was cracked. I read the instructions and took it to the store so they could order a replacement. The associate went to find a supervisor who told me that they could not order it from the store and wrote the phone number on my receipt. I drove home and called the number. After a half hour on the phone and after having asked for a replacement the representative offered me the options of driving to another store miles away for an exchange or a $5.00 credit for the damaged case. I took the credit, it's better than nothing. Afterward, I looked up Dune at Best Buy's web site and it was still available although the price had reverted to it's normal $18.99 rather than the $9.99 I paid. In the end, I taped the pieces together. I know that Buy Buy is exiting the physical media business, but this is unacceptable.

Great looking steelbook and an awesome movie, can't wait for part 2 to come out.
