I have never played DnD, but I love this film very much! It is very fun and I wish I had seen it in theaters. It has really gotten me interested into the lore and world of the Forgotten Realms.

This is an excellent 4K movie. The visual effects will impress any enthusiastic movie aficionado. The story is well written, and the actors are best of the best, in every scene.This will easily go in the collection, of great movies. Thank you Best Buy. The orice point is excellent which is on sale.

I bought this movie on a whim. Because it was on a black friday special for $10. Very entertaining for that price, And wasn't a waste of time of a movie either.

As someone who has never played the actual game, but is familiar with some aspects of it, this movie is a lot of fun. The 4k looks great. Definitely recommend.

Honestly, this movie is so much better than it had any expectation of being. You don't even need to be a fan of D&D or knowledgeable in the game or the Forgotten Realms setting to enjoy the film. The script lays out enough for anyone to follow along, and gives little nods to the fans to provide some depth of lore to those who do know it. Chris Pine delivers a wonderfully comedic performance, but with just the right amount of seriousness and heart to not make it a farce. Michelle Rodriguez portrays a barbarian wonderfully, with the straightforwardness and lack of guile that was just perfect. Justice Smith does well as a somewhat bumbling and struggling sorcerer, and Sophia Lillis is great at portraying the Tiefling druid who wonders how she ended up with this bunch of misfits. The cast as a whole does a great job and were a lot of fun to watch. The story is engaging, comedic with out going over the top, but still with some emotional drama and heart. As long as you don't utterly despise fantasy films, I can recommend this film to just about anybody!

Excellent movie and blu-ray. Highly recommend whether you've seen it or not

This disc was a blind-buy, as I used to play D&D regularly year ago. Those who have posted reviews have suggested that it is cut from the same cloth as The Mummy (1999), meaning it is a great deal of fun, with its tongue firmly implanted in its cheek. They were right, and I am very happy with the film. Also, there are no scratches because it was pressed in the German plant, as opposed to the damaged titles coming from the Mexican plant. You can't go wrong with this one!

Great film for fans of the fame that grew up playing it and dogestong some of the fun media from way back like the old cartoon show. Chwracters are fun and definitely ondiciatove if that one campaign where everyone kinda got away from the story for a minute. While I haven’t played the current set of riles, eberything was presented in a way that made me reminisce about old campaigns.

one of my favorite activities is (was?) ordering movies from bestbuy. i would order them for in store pickup and go for a nice walk to pick up my movie -- a much better experience than just buying online and waiting for the package. darn shame that bestbuy is no longer offering physical media.

Great Film and 4k quality. Like most 4k discs it does start to freeze around the 1:43 mark or so, but just fast forwarding through and max speed rewinding through these. portions until they do so smoothly healps break the disc in. Process has worked with any 4k movie that freezes or skips frames(that has no visible scratches or physical damage).

Easily one of the most inderrated films this year, its a shame it didnt get better numbers at the box office. This movie deserved it. SO, if you love funny films, set in DnD spaces, with a great cast amd group with great writing. Than do yourself a favor and the crew a favor and pick this movie up.

I played D&D in my youth so it was nice to see they made a fun movie for the whole family and much better than the first D&D movie years ago. This won't disappoint and will provide a fun night of entertainment so have your popcorn ready. CG was great and so was acting by Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez and rest of the cast.

Dungeons & Dragons Honor Among Thieves is a fun movie on a Friday night after school or work. The jokes are funny, and the the story doesn't waste time with a lot of rlworld building commonly associated with fantasy movies. The 4K HD is a bonus. The colors and sound really pop.

All the positive things you would expect from a D&D campaign! Hilarious, imaginative, and thoughtful. You are immediately invested, and emotionally connect with the characters. Creative special and practical effects blend together to bring the world to life.

I did not have high hope for this movie but when I watched it I found it to be very well done. The characters and their development through out the movie was great. I highly recommend this movie and hope they do a sequel.

For a person that did not grow up playing the game, the story line was captivating, action packed and very funny at times. Was great entertainment. I'm ready to watch again for more clues to the story. Must see even if you don't know the game.

If you see most of the reviews, they are mostly good and for good reason. This is a well thought out adventure yarn whether you are into Dungeons and Dragons gaming or just want to enjoy a good popcorn movie. Excellent 4K graphics and HDR color.

I used to play DnD very casually with friends, I feel like this movie fits that casual player feel. I feel like they asked questions of each other the same way I’d talk to my friends while playing, it was a cool throwback.
