I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The price is excellent for a kit of this quality, however the packaging was falling apart. Going to make it difficult to wrap without swapping out with another box. Not sure if the kit was damaged too, but will update the review accordingly if so.

Great size and easy to build. Even when it was windy it still stayed up

I ordered an MD Sports Volleyball set from Best Buy in late November for my daughter as a Christmas present. Mind you we are in the middle of winter so we did not open it until today as it is getting warm outside. To our surprise, the volleyball set was missing the support poles. After chatting online with support they advised that it was outside the return date and that I should bring it to the store to see if they would take it. I went to the store and they stated again that it was outside the return date. All I want is the poles so my daughter can use the volleyball set and they said we don't carry that item so I cannot give it to you and advised me to call MD Sports to see what they could do. After calling they said they no longer carry the poles for this model so they cannot send them to me and that all new models no longer come with the poles, (which is odd because they provide the anchors that go on the poles but not the poles). So now I have a useless volleyball set. Buyers should be aware that this MD sports volleyball set number NET100_097D does NOT come with poles regardless of what the description says. Even if I tried to return the item when my daughter opened it for Christmas it would have still been outside the return policy! Sometimes exceptions should be made to ensure the customer doesn't get screwed. I would have taken a store credit and moved on but I couldn't even get that.

High quality standard set. Very easy to setup. Comes with study bag for off season storage

This is the best investment I could’ve made for family fun. I had no idea Best Buy even carried nets but i decided to search it up one day, the reviews were already good which intrigued me to make the purchase. I love that it’s a sturdy net & easily assembled. It only takes me 5-7min to put it up.

This set was ok. It was missing some screws. My husband was able to find some replacements around the house. It wasn’t super sturdy so we purchased another one for less money and the quality is better

Bought it for black friday. Got delay about 2 weeks, when i finally received it, box was destroy i set it up for the first time , net was torn.

Didn't know best buy sold sporting equipment, but this net has been AWESOME for my kids to play on.

Haven't opened it yet, but had to review it to get a $5 coupon

I thought it was a simple set up, it’s very complicated at least for me

Product was great only complaint was the net was messed up towards the center & had a hole in the net. Still fully operation just the slight cosmetic problem.

My review is not about the item itself but the overall experience I had with the purchase. It was lost in the mail and I had to call customer service ( which was an awful experience) several times over a week to get them to send the replacement and I still don’t have it. My order was originally on the weekend of Thanksgiving!

Great volleyball set and product exceeds our expectation after setting it up. Solid build.
