After Hurricane Matthew, we realized we need to keep D batteries in the house for the few older flashlights we still use as well as our newer lanterns. We liked that there are expiration dates on these since not all have them.

I've been using these in my kids toys. I definitely think they don't last as long as other brands I've used in the same toys.
