Batteries hold charge well, and so far have been a great purchase to keep our Leap Pad running. Definitely buy a second set though so you can charge the next set while the other is in use!

I bought this pair of AA Duracell nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) rechargeable batteries one month ago. I refrained from writing a review then because I wanted to take the time to try the product out and see how it performed. I can tell you now they definitely did not disappoint, in fact I am amazed at its durability. These batteries came precharged. I immediately put them to use in my old Kodak Zoom Digital Camera. The camera underwent heavy usage during Thanksgiving weekend with family gathering and the neighborhood holiday lights, etc. I took over 200 pictures during that four day span with quality setting at 3.1 megapixels, the highest on my camera. To my surprise, the battery indicator was only half-empty after four days. I made it a mission to see how many pictures I can take before the batteries went dead. I ended up reaching 280+ pictures before the battery indicator flashed empty. In summary, I am fully satisfied and amazed with the durability of these batteries. Please make sure your battery charger is Ni-MH compatible.

When I need any type of battery, I always choose Duracell. I have used the regular Duracell rechargable batteries before and was happy to see that they now have a long life version.

These are a bit pricier compared to walmarts price... But worthy buy.... I use them in my speed light and they never disappoint....

These are great rechargeable batteries for the money and the fact that they come pre charged is the iceing on the cake. I found these on the deal of the day.

I have had good performance from the Duracell rechargeable batteries so I bought these to add to my collection. They seem to keep their charge longer than the Energizer rechargeable batteries I have purchased previously.

These batteries are great. They hold a charge for awhile and last a reasonable amount of time depending on the use. Just what I would expect from Duracell.

These Duracell AA batteries are a good choice for a rechargeable battery especially if you have a current Duracell quick charger for NiMh (nickel metal hydride) batteries, 2500 mAH. I use them in a multiband portable AM-FM-SW radio and they are good for at least 5 days.

Nice rechargeable batteries. Must of charged them over 24 times now using a 30 minute charger. Charge lasts a long time. No problems to report.

These batteries have been perfect for use in my photography flash setups. Even when using them at high power, they hold a charge for a good amount of time.

I've yet to see how many sets of regular batteries my recent purchase will spare, but these rechargeable batteries perform up to my specifications thus far!

After having done a bit of research on rechargeable batteries, plus through my own experiences, Duracell rechargeables are by far the best in the market.

Great batteries that hold their charge well. The only drawback is they take six hours to charge, but that is easily remedied by buying a second set.

Great batteries. I used these in my wireless headset and they held a charge for a long time and lasted longer then the regular batteries I used to.

I use these batteries for my amplified earphones and they work great. If you only need two batteries this is the way to go, otherwise buy some rayovac

I used these in a outdoor solar light, that lights up the steps on our deck, and they worked great even with temperatures down to 10 above. A+++

I revolve two sets so one can charge while I use the other in my camera flash for long events. I like that you don't have to recycle a lot of battery shells. They are great for around the house when I am not using my camera. I think they are well worth the initial increase in cost if you can remember to use them over and over and not lose or misplace the charger and/or the batteries.

These upgraded batteries hold more charge than the last generation did, don't know how long they will last on a shelf but should be pretty good.

I only buy rechargable batteries and duracell is a nice option. At first seems expensive, but you will feel the difference after the first charge.
