DURAPRO OUTDOOR TV-STAY AWAY!!!!!

My husband and I bought the DURAPRO 55" Outdoor Smart 4K UHD LED TV in March 2024. We had difficulty getting this smart TV hooked up to Xfinity because the TV was not compatible so we had to get a cable box. Ok..once that was done we were in good shape until 4 months later we turned on the TV and had audio but no picture. The screen had wide white lines running through it. So we called Best Buy and because we did not get their extended warranty they could not help us. We called the company and DURAPRO ONLY has a 90 day warranty. The company customer service was rude and basically useless. We asked to speak to a manager and they took our number and said someone will call you back. Of course no one did!!!
Best Buy recommended this TV !!! I RECOMMEND TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. WHAT COMPANY GIVES A 90 DAY WARRANTY UNLESS THEY KNOW SOMETHING WILL PROBABLY BREAK!!! $1200 down the drain !!!!!
