With tighter controls, better animation and even the story improves. The only thing that has not improved much is the length, you can complete the story and sidequests in a single day.

Overall the game plays like a mix of Devil May Cry and Senran Kagura and while it does have a wacky story you won't get bored with the game. An underrated game that hopefully gets a third release soon either way both the first and second game are well worth adding to any gamers library.

This sequel plays smoother and offers more features. Combat is hack n slash, but allows you to do combos to mix things up. I also really enjoyed the soundtrack as well.
