Geek Squad recently installed the wired Ring camera in my backyard, and I couldn’t be happier with it! It captures the entire yard perfectly and the motion detection is spot-on. Whenever movement is detected, the motion light comes on, which is especially helpful at night for both visibility and security. The video quality is clear and easy to see, making it simple to check in on my yard any time. Overall, it’s a reliable and effective camera that gives me peace of mind. The Geek Squad installed this in less than 30 minutes!

The Geek Squad contractors who installed our Ring doorbell were very good. Even after they left to go to their next job they contacted Ring to troubleshoot!

This was definitely not the experience I expected. First, the day of the appointment I was stood up. No call, no show. I tried to contact the team for information and they couldn’t tell me what happened. The next they the installer came in. He was very nice but was not prepared at all. He had to go to Home Depot to buy material as he forgot his stuff. Mother cameras are working ok, but as he was not prepared, he left two very big holes that I asked him to caulk or cover and he refused as he didn’t have the material to do it. He then said he would do something and just tried to use some drywall cover outdoor! Terrible finish. Definitely not as expected.

I had the geek squad install 4 security cameras. Went to Best Buy and determined what cameras I needed, I was then contacted for install with a few days nd scheduled appointment. The installer showed up on time and after a quick walk around the property to determine best placement t he went to work. Installer was great. He did an excellent job and showed us how to work the system. I had the full tech support package from some appliances we bought awhile back. I am glad we had this as it saved a lot on the install price. About a year later we wanted to upgrade our system and add more cameras. We no longer had the tech package and the cost to install was more than we were willing to do at this time. The system has been working flawlessly and were are extremely sastified with the service we were given. Kate

Two guys came out that were contractors for Geek Squad. Nice people and they followed safety protocols. Install was done pretty quickly and they cleaned up any mess or packaging that was left behind. My only complaint was that they tightened a couple of screw caps way too tight which broke off the white coating on them. There was a tool provided by Ring to use for these caps, but they just used pliers which they should not have used.

We cannot say enough good about Kip and Garrett. They are very informed about the equipment. It's nice to be able to trust those who come out to the house to install our cameras. They are very patient with those of us who are not technically up to date and explain everything very well. They make a great team and that is a bonus for us as they work quickly.

The agent was very professional and efficient. He took the time to explain to me how everything worked prior to leaving. I was very happy with the installation.

it is amzing that the sales petson of the wired camera systems dont know their product that they sell. my lorex camera system dies nit oerform in accordance with advertisement and sales petson lack of knowledge. the aystem us basically not petforming and great dossapointment to only be able to record 5 days abd at night only seeing fog on system

Richard and Jason were on point when it came to installing my camera. I have used geeks squad to set up my TVs my surveillance cameras and my surround sound speakers. Best buy geek squad has awesome service with the best prices around I will definitely use them again.

The agents mounted my devise and explained how to operate. They then demonstrated its use. Then had me perform the operation.
