Technicians couldn’t install Ring Cam Pro plug-in camera. At purchase spoke in detail with CSR on what was needed to install the new Cam as the original Cam that required replacement was a powered source and not WIFI. He insisted that the technician could complete the job with no problem. Technicians arrived for project and assessed the job and immediately stated that a third-party vendor would have to come out and complete the job, because of high voltage. They departed the premise and a few days later someone (Brandon) and stated that a junction box is needed, and wiring ran to the old ring Cam before the technicians can come back out to install the new Cam. The installation was CANCEL, there was no reason to pay two parties, certified electrician and Greek Squad. The cost for Greek Squad Technicians to install and the charge for the certified electrician would have double the $349.99 cost originally paid to Best Buy.

Wonderful job installing the ring cameras. Super polite and knowledgeable about the product. Communication all the way. They did a great job of keeping me informed about their arrival date and time.

Got this and other Ring stuff and Geeks did a great job installing it. Very clean, professional and quick.

I am happy with the service and installation. If I had it to do over I either would not have bought the ring doorbell and camera or would have taken more time to position these items. The motion sensitivity picks up every minor movement and I spend more time deleting and snoozing than I had thought would be. However, I have no complaints at all of the Geek Squad service.

MY Ring camera didn't work although I changed new batteries so I need to take it down and replace with a new one. The technicians are helpful, explaining the process, install and tested the unit and it seems to work fine.

Professionals no questions ask. They even follow up to see if you like the service. I can not complain their third party people are horrible but geek squad themselves amazing. Man just blown away

wanted to see how good these tecks were. they installed 2 cameras for me. they were very good at doing this install.

I wish these were the bullet style which seem to me to be better protected from the elements than the dome ign. cameras displac a bright, sharpimage during daylight hours. Night time? Not so much. If the light is really really low, you get nothing.

The tech new exactly what needed to be done and made sure we were connected to the camera through our smart phones before leaving. He even cleaned up the site were he was working.

We have installed our ring camera with the help of my neighbor and using it. It gives us peace of mind. Everyone should get a Ring Camera for safety and security.

The agents arrived on time and connected my Ring Floodlight/Camera, even fixing wiring and boxing the old equipment for shipment back to Ring.
