I returned the item because the installation information was not adequate. The installer couldn't do the job and told me why not. I didn't have wiring in the location. The person who sold the items to me said best buys geek squad could do the job. The guy who came to my home explained to me what I needed. I'm disappointed in sales representative for not selling the right product for what I wanted.

The agents that mounted my camera arrived on time and knew the equipment very well. The were very professional and courteous and worth quickly. I would definitely use them again.

It took several attempts to get cameras installed but once they were installed all is good

All work was perform perfectly,friendly,informative and on time.

I had requested that the existing wired ring security cam w/light be re-designated to my ISP. Unfortunately the code on the light was not legible and the service (previously paid for) left the camera dangling from the light fixture. Even though the camera was not functional at least the security light had been working until they worked on it. Now I don't even have a usable security light. They promised to notify the installation team that this line item should be credited back to my cc. Still waiting weeks later

They came in and got my camera installed, they even worked through the rain. Very impressed on the knowledge they have about the equipment as well.

They mounted the camera out and installed the door bell. All very professional and knew that they were doing . Also very polite and very patience.

The agent that was sent was very good and helped us greatly, when we get sent our new camera I would like to have the same agent back. I feel Best Buy should stand behind the products they sell and install - we'll see how we make out with a reinstall

The agent came and mounted a ring security camera in my carport. But, he seemed to have misplaced my screwdriver to the camera. I ordered another one in a kit, through ring products.
