Okay when working properly!

Geek Squad "Camera Install"

Please rectify this item asap! Home visit by Geek Squad addressed problem by simply adjusting wires at modem, and a new camera was not needed and not installed! Trust this explanation is clear enough to credit my account of wrongly charged a camera replacement. Thank you, David

ProTech Plan

My husband is usually against service plans. However, we both feel that we have already gotten the assistance we needed, great recommendations, and feel we have saved ourselves money as well. Geek Squad Brian Karlic was spectacular in fixing

The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient!

I appreciate, how nicely they worked together, how they respected my requests and made everything work so very nicely. They were also very savvy and explained everything so that even i could understand how to work things. i am now feeling secure with this system in and about my home!
