They came in to install the ring security system. I appreciate, how nicely they worked together, how they respected my requests and made everything work so very nicely. I purchased this to replace a broken Motion Flood Light on my garage. I am enjoying the motion light and able to be notified of the motion by my ring and to observe what triggered it. Come Spring I will purchase a Ring camera for the front door.

Geek Squad was unable to install above 10 feet high. Workers are not permitted to climb higher on ladder.

The agent was timely and friendly. Answered all my questions. Installed the Ring doorbell, aligned it so it pointed where I wanted, gave me directions, and cleaned everything up! Would recommend having them do it. It looks beautiful, I would’ve made a disastrous mess!
