Received a "new" game with all torn plastic wrap and the disc fell out of the holder (I could heard the disc tumbling inside the case when I pick up the package, which absolutely does not have any protective). It appears that they tore the plastic wrap, took the disc out, played at the warehouse, and put it back in clumsily to sell for customers. Absolutely disgusting!! This is the first and the last time I ordered game from Best Buy. And I paid >$60 for this piece of trash
