    I picked up the shredder from the store yesterday and used it immediately. The shredder worked great, but the basket did not hold quite as much as I expected, probably because the shredded pieces were not as fine as my previous shredder. When I emptied the basket I saw that the entire bottom was cracked (it is a plastic basket), so I have to take it back to the store today.

    This unit was purchased for me. I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use and does a more than adequate job with paper. I have not tried to shred staples or credit cards at this time. I feel this unit is well worth the money paid for it.

    I have been very happy with this product. It does what it says it is supposed to do. It is a bit louder than my last shredder, but its capability overrides that. I just make sure I don't run it late at night or early in the morning.

    I am happy with this purchase. The shredder turns paper and plastic into tiny little pieces. The machine says it can handle up to 10 sheets of paper. I tried 10 sheets a couple of times and it did it, but the motor seems to strain a little. So I have been doing 7 or 8 sheets at a time and it doesn't strain at all. I am thinking this might extend the life of the motor.

    This shredder is heavy but in my mind this means that it has a powerful motor. I have used it to shred credit cards and cd's with no problems. The only complaint I might have is that it can be tight to get more than one loose paper in at the same time. It will shred ten papers easily but it takes a trick to fit them into the slot. Overall though I am happy with it and would recommend it.
