    I bought this to use a headset with microphone with my PS4 controller. Works fine. Sturdy connection and I issues after hours of use.

    The single male end is to short so it does not work with out holding it in on a x-box controller.

    If you rotate the cables, the adapter works as intended, for a few minutes. They just do not work as they are supposed to. Not sure if mine was defective or if this is a flaw for most. Not worth the money, even at 5 bucks. Not worth the hassle to return.

    Bought this because my PC gaming headset has two cords: one for audio to the headphones, the other for micrphone. Apple Earpods didn't work with the controller, so I had to use my gaming headset to chat with friends. Because the Xbox One controller only has one jack/input, I needed an adapter. This did the trick. Gaming audio comes through great through the Xbox with this adapter, and the micrphone works well too. This was a good solution, and very inexpensive.

    It meets all my needs. The cord is strong, the plugs at both ends are firm and well made. When connected with my headset, tt provides nice sound and clear recording.
