    It was the cheapest cable they had which is why I bought it. I stream occasional movies over a poor internet connection so I didn't see a reason to spend money on a great cable for a mediocre system.

    I just needed a short cable to connect a new Blu-Ray to the TV. This does the trick. The cable seems a little thicker/sturdier than some I've seen.
