Works great! Replacement for any mini USB charging unit. I used mini for a kindle.

I found this little cable when I was looking for one short enough to keep on my desk without bothering me. After using it for a few months I can say this is the best micro usb cable I have had for a simple reason: it stays firm on the device. Most other cables become flimsy after a while but not this guy. After connecting it and disconnecting it several times a day for months, I can happily say that it still remains firmly connected to my phone. It is so good that I bought another one for the go. Another plus is that it doesn't bend much next to the connectors, so I don't think it will get damage there as is so typical of cables connected to the phones (looking at you iphone 4 cable!!). All in all I've been really happy that u purchased this cable which is impresive because, really, who can say they got exited from buying such a thing?

I don't know if the color has anything to do with it, but this is the only green cord of this product I have bought. It works fine with my older phone, but it is useless for my Fire tablet. overall. I would say 4 out of 5 cords of this manufacturer is not bad. And since this works well on one of the intended devices, it is more like 4 1/2 out of 5.

I ordered new two cable but recived one open box which is not acceptable

This and Insignia are the only brands i trust with my iphone and micro usb devices. I had only ever used dynex for all of my micro usb devices prior to getting insignia for my first apple product late last year. However I HIGHLY recommend both brands. I can only attest to using dynex micro usb for so long (and not their lightning cables) but have not had a problem since, and heard from reviews the lightning dynex works just as well! Im not sure of the charge time difference ( and cannot compare since one is micro and the other is lightning) but they both charge fairly well for sure. Heres some technical aspects of both, only since they are similar yet different in appearance. I make sure only to compare what is relevant, such as the performance on the USB side. (Points are based off my experience using these cords in the Quirky pick up 6000 mAh power bank) Build: The cords are sturdy enough definitely. When both are plugged into my portable charger, if i drop it but manage to catch it by the cords they dont fall out normally (depending how fast its falling or where it fell from) But if jerked they MAY fall out, so 4 out of 5 points there but still very good. Thank you dynex! USB side plugged in: When tugged/ pulled on with normal force, dynex comes out faster than my insignia cable, nice job there. BUT when the cord is pulled or jerked with light force repeatedly, they both remain in place, 5/5 Micro usb side plugged in: It holds strong but could be stronger like my insignia for the iphone. That thing could bond to a rock. Not a deal breaker for me, just dont go swinging your phone or tablet around! Although In the end its really all about your day to day use. If not rough it will hold just fine. Still i give it a 4/5 Side Note for apple users: Not sure if the dynex brand would produce the same results for lightning cables as it does for their micro usb (in terms of my personal experience with what i reviewed above) but cant see how they would differ being from the same brand, you will need to go over to that review to see. Apparently lifeproof case users need to seek elsewhere with complaints about problems with the fit. And of course Color options: This just gets them bonus points really, plus im an artist, gotta have color. I got my sister the blue but I had to get a plain jane one because i couldnt find many for dynex at best buy, and GO FIGURE, for the blue that i wanted haha. Kids these days. But cant complain for the price! Bottom Line: Overall a good purchase, i give these brands a big thumbs up. And especially to Dynex for the low price and good performance. Hope this review helps! For a basic microUSB cable that does the job for data transfer and charging, you really can't go wrong with these Dynex cables. Build quality is decent - the cable gauge itself is of a decent size and the male microUSB tip plugs into items such as phones with a solid engagement. The male end itself is of a decent size and length to provide a good grip for plugging/unplugging. Confirmed that these cables will allow for adaptive fast charging without issue. Overall, no complaints - at their regular MSRP, the price point may be a bit steep given that you can get braided cables at the same cost, but when these go on sale, they're good value.

I've been using these 3' Dynex cables for over a year and each of them has held up surprisingly well. I've purchased both the Apple lightning version, as well as the Android micro-usb version, and paired with Dynex's wall charger, it's a match made in technology heaven. Even though these cables are not the highest quality, they are the best cables you could hope to buy for the price. And honestly, if it's lasted me over a year with daily tablet and cell phone charging, why do I need to spend 3x as much for "top of the line"? These go great with the Dynex wall charger. You can usually get both for <$10. A price you'll be hard pressed to beat.

Another solid Best Buy offering. Had a comparable-spec item that I bought last Christmas at Fry's Electronics but that thing was hard to use for some applications. Have had good success with Dynex brand and so far this cable has held up quite well. PRO: Great deal @ $1.99+ tax on sale. Build quality is good. Slim plug size on the micro USB side of cable making it easy to use in tight fitting situations (eg. charging up my Belkin iPad cover w/built-in bluetooth keyboard. CON: None.

I have found it very easy to use appreciate that my profiles of my kindles r on here too. I like the funtions. I used Pandora which is important to me however i cant figure out why i have had to tap play a few t8mes and wait a m8n or two befire it actually plays. It could that the battery is low. Ill ask. Its to soon to know why. If i f8nd it to be a c8nstant ill let everyb9dy know. I did get a good product. The box wasbtented bad. When i recieved it. Maybe it bent the cord. Im about to tell amazon and see how their service dept and customer service is.

This cord has lasted me well over the time I expected. Usually when I buy these cheaper cords, they last about a month and then the part that plugs into the device starts to lose grip when inserted. This cord has actually not lost that grip when connected. I usually go through several cords being that my kids just yank them out of their devices which usually loosens them. The cord also comes in different colors. Definitely a product that gives you more than your moneys worth.

This USB to micro USB cable isn't fancy--but it's a cable, and it works. It was the least expensive one I could find in the store. I selected "blue"...it's somewhat purple-ish. I can't speak to its durability yet. NOTE--this is a micro USB cable, which is different than a mini USB cable. If you're unsure about the difference or exactly what you need, I recommend checking before purchasing.

My regular charging cable broke a while ago, and having to share 2 cables for 4 phones was too much of a hassle. This cable works just as well as my old charger, and I bring it with me to school to charge my phone (with my charger or my portable battery). The bright color makes it hard to miss, so I always remember to grab it before I leave my house, and can pick it apart at a glance from all the other cables in my room when my battery is low.

Picked up this little bad boy of a micro usb when my kid somehow lost mine. Saw it was on sale so what the hey, why not drive down to my local Best Buy and pick it up. Sure I could've ordered it for a penny less at Amazon, but when you need something quick, waiting for shipping is WACK! On top of that I needed to order $35 worth of other stuff I probably don't need. Thanks BB for supplying this driving distance from me!

I was a little hesitate at purchasing this since it was so cheap and din;t want to damage my device I would connect it to, but it was an emergency purchase, my phone was dead. The usb attachment worked great and quickly to give my phone a charge. I have been using it regularly and have had no problems with the devices I connect it to. Great little device at a great price that gets th job done!

This cable does the job for charging our Android devices! If your Android is a Samsung and supports fast charge, this cord will work with that feature as well. Honestly, this cable is just as good as any cable that we would've had to pay more with if we bought a Samsung branded cable. If you're looking for quality and saving money, this is a must buy.

This fits better than other replacement cables I have bought in the past, snug fit not loose. I ask like having different colors for either different devices or Amperage outputs. Some devices use 1.0 and some 2.1, so easy to identify what gets plugged in to this. I will be picking more of these later today, just to have some at work and home instead of transporting it daily.

I bought a few of these cords because there seems to be a USB cord monster loose in my house. I have two children and they seem to go through these cards like water. I just needed a few backups, and these definitely do the trick. They charge their tablets pretty quickly, but I'm not sure how long they will last considering how rough my kids are on their stuff.

I've been through an absurd number of micro usb charging cables that become too wiggly and fail to make contact so they can actually charge the device. This charger has a solid click into the micro port out of the box, and unlike many of the factory versions that have worn out, continues to hold after quite a bit of use on multiple devices.

My son's cable got messed up and I needed one fast. I wasn't sure where to go but since I was near Best Buy I decided to try there. I didn't want to spend a fortune. I found this one in his favorite color and it was cheap. But good quality. My son is hard on the cords but this one has been holding up well. I'm very happy with it.
