    I misplaced the USB port for my Dell Computer. Since I recently bought additional devices (camera, MP3 player) and had several events to cover I needed a replacement immediately. I had forgotten the tech specs and Best Buy's floor agent explained what I needed and gave excellent, personable service.

    Bought this cord on a whim not knowing where my other one was. Shortly after getting home if found my old one. This new one looks and feels more durable. I can bend it a little easier without fearing that it will crack and/or break. The ends fit in nicely

    I had a hard time finding what I needed. Very helpful salesman helped me but he too had to search. He didn't give up until he found what I needed. He looked in 4 different places to find it. Very helpful.

    I have found in the short 30days . that this product for some reasson is fitting loose in my phone and so does not charge it when i need it on the road. Taking it back in today to get a replacement.

    I have an iPad that has a keyboard …but somewhere along the way I lost the USB chord to charge it. I wish they could make one connector chord that was compatible for both iPad and keyboard.
