Causes phone to make concerning high-pitched noise

I tried two of them, and they both did the same thing. My phone is perfectly fine, and I can charge it with many other adapters and battery packs with no issue. I also tried swapping cables. Something has to be wrong with the power these things give out, and I'm concerned that it could damage my phone. I just noticed another reviewer reported the same thing too.

But after 4 months when i used it altogether about 3-4 times, the usb connector is inconsistent: usually it doesn't carry electricity. Occasionally it does. So, the device overall is pratically useless.

I got it for a just in case scenario, while fast charging it lets off a very high pitch ringing noise. Very small battery, maybe 3/4 of a full charge for your phone.

I guess the price is what you get

My phone tablet music player doesn't matter, my other chargers and wires work fine but this doesnt. A 2% increase on over an hour long charge that's a joke wish I could get a refund.
