That is exactly what you need it to do. Definitely no frills packaging, which I actually prefer. So much waste in the world today anyway! Have had no issues. I've used this primarily for travel, and connecting my laptop to a TV. Absolutely perfect and glad I made the purchase. What a steal!

I purchased this to go with my Amazon Fire TV Cube. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I would need this at the time I purchased the Fire TV Cube. Luckily I was able to order it from Best Buy and have it shipped to my home with it arriving in a couple days. It works great!

This cable is awesome. It was cheap and did it's job. Make sure, before you buy it, you measure the distance from whatever you're hooking up to your tv. Three feet might seem like a lot, but it might be helpful to overestimate just so you don't end up having to return it.

This cable was also purchased to use with the Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter to hook up to my TV and IPhone or iPad. I am now able to watch MLB games from the app on my iPhone or IPAD on my TV.

For the price this cable works perfectly. I picked up a blue-ray/streamer device for this cable and zero issues. Is there really that big of a difference in a $30 cable and a $5 cable?--i don't think so. Purchased inexpensive cables for all my devices and no a single issue whatsoever.

Cable works just fine. I like the softness of the cable so you can roll it up and unroll it without having permanent kinks in it. I'll sometimes plug in my computer to the TV and it's nice that the cable will lay almost flat instead of being like a broken slinky spread out across the floor.

This cable allowed me to connect a laptop computer to my large screen TV so my son could show us pictures from the 16 months he spent working in Australia. Initially started showing on small computer screen, but the cable allowed us to use comfortable seating while viewing.

Cannot complain here; good cable at a great price. Bought this to connect a sound bar to a tv and everything has worked well. Best Buy had these on sale so it was a very reasonable price. If I ever need more cables, these would be my go-to choice.

I guess it has been too long since I purchased something to attach to a television, I assumed (wrongly) that everything necessary would all come in the box. I was wrong, and had to make a special trip back to the store. Don't make my mistake. But, this product does what it needs to do.

We were nervous about this because it was so much cheaper than the other ones in the store but we bought it anyway. We use it with our Roku Ultra and TV. No issues whatsoever. Works amazing with beautiful picture quality streaming from the Roku through this cable.

The cables work as expected. We have clear picture quality on the smart tv. If I need additional cables I would definitely purchase this brand. Very good cables for the price.

I needed a short HMDI cable to connect a DVD player to a 4K smart TV. The TV stand sits on an open shelf, so I wanted a short cable so there was less cable to hide. The cable works fine. No dropouts. It is a simple HMDI cable, not much else to say. I am happy with the purchase.

This cable was shipped as promised and in great condition. The clarity is just as good as some of those $ 100+ cables. My Home Theater center looks professional with the "just-the-right-size" cables instead of the extra cable draping over my devices! I'll be buying more of these when I complete my basement!!

So glad I read the reviews before purchasing other expensive HDMI cables. Picture quality with this cable is great. The cables are still working perfectly. I bought two. One for my computer to attach to my flat screen TV. The other for my laptop when I want to watch movies on a bigger screen.

Got this cable to connect my security camera system to a small TV. Since my DVR records in 4k I wanted to ensure that the HDMI was also 4k compatible. It worked as expected, and there were no issues with picture quality. Would buy again if needed.

Needed this to set up streaming device (Apple TV) which didn't come with HDMI cord, as is typical. Once upon a time, these cables cost as much as the devices. No more. This one is just fine, in plain black, no gold or platinum, just a working cable, No problems at all.

I got a new tv at Best Buy. The old tv had too short of a cable to reach the dvr so I ordered a 6 foot hdmi cable from Best Buy. It was shipped the day after I ordered it and I received it the day that I was told it would be here. Thanks.

Didn't want to spend a lot on long HDMI cords for a guest room TV that only gets used like once a year. Needed a cord to hook up a DVD player in the guest room and one for my son's DVD player. With my $10 Best Buy Reward money I only ended up paying like $1 and some change for two HDMI cords. Score!
