      This was not an easy cable to find, but it was well worth it. Now I can make good use out of my high powered, high efficiency laser printer.

      Replaced my old PC tower with new laptop, only to be saddened that my old parallel cable laser printer had no way to communicate with my newfangled laptop's USB ports. Like magic, this allows the new to speak to the old. PLUS, at 6' it is long enough to reach the printer beside my desk.

      I Have a B/W laser printer that has served me well for several years with the cartridge lasting 4500-6000 copies. It's drawback was the parallel port connection not USB. I can now use that printer for letter quality printing without regular ink bottles

      It was either buy this cable for my old, yet still functional, All-in-one printer or buy a new printer. Cable was $8 and new printer is $100 (minimum). It works just fine.
