These batteries were on sale and they come with a nice variety of battery types. The case will also come in handy to put more batteries in as I use them up and buy more.

I normally store my spare batteries in the refridgerator to extend shelf-life and the plastic case is convenient for this purpose while keeping it tidy. Also we like camping so it's great to be able to grab the case and stuff it in the stowe box and have spare batteries of every size for back-up. They don't quite hold up the way the name brand batteries do but even so for the price you still come out ahead and you have the box to keep future replacement batteries in. Better than digging in a drawer for the right size as you know at a glance if you have the right size on hand or not.

So I bought this originally because it was a great price and had a box and batteries cool right. Well it became more than that I actually used all the double AAs then decided to buy more AA batteries on Best Buy which were a great price and boom now this box is part of the family I keep refilling it with more batteries and the nice thing is I never have to search for the lost package of batteries in some drawer. They are neatly organized in my little battery box ...

If you're like me, the majority of batteries I use are AA, followed closely by AAA. I don't have enough devices that use C and D cell batteries (much less ones that require 9 volt), so I never buy those in "bulk". As a result, when I do need one of the lesser used varieties, I never have them at hand. This storage unit will enable me to have batteries for all my devices in one convenient location. The clear box makes it easy to see what batteries I have used and need to restock. The Dynex batteries that come with the box are decent, and the price (especially if it is one of the "Deals of the Day") makes it a super bargain!

I thought this was great deal. I like that you get an assortment of batteries and a nice heavy duty storage case. In the past I have had problems storing batteries. I would place the remaining batteries in a drawer. One or more batteries would usually roll out of the packet. In the future, when I need the batteries, the ones that roll out of the package would get overlooked. It is usually much later when I discover the batteries that have rolled out and after I have purchased new ones. Having this storage case will help me keep organized with my batteries. Lastly, the quality of the batteries are great.

I liked the variety of batteries along with the nice case that comes along with it that neatly stores commonly used batteries. This can't be beat for the price.

First one worked just great, so I took advantage of a sale price and ordered another. Batteries seem to last as long as others and has a great assortment.

Great value. Convenient storage case. There is a good variety of batteries in this. I think someone could easily spend twice as much on the same.

I got the Dynex storage box with the assorted batteries when it went on sale for about $10. I really only wanted the storage box but the batteries were a plus considering the price. The batteries last about as long as a regular Duracell battery. The storage box makes it easy to port around the batteries and is designed to fit all the battery sizes indicated in the product description.

So might awhile ago, love the storage, keep one in my car. Batteries after beinging in heat ..and over a year still work great

i was looking for a case to keep batteries in, neat and easily accessible. this is a great case. the first one i have the latch broke, so it has a rubber band around it, the batteries are good, last longer than i would have imagined. i DID buy again, and if they go on sale i will get a 3rd. i recommend this for sure, at the $10-$15 mark! i NEVER give 5 stars for someone doing their job or for a product that does what it suppose to! a 5 star rating comes rarely. to get one, one must go above and beyond what they are already being paid to do!

Don't expect any heavy duty performance out of these batteries. These are cheap batteries that come with a good case. I can use the case to store my 9V, D-Cell and Rechargeable AA/AAA batteries.

I cannot comment on the longevity, compared to brand batteries; however, I really like that this has a sampling of all main batteries (AAA, AA, C, D). I always have the need for random batteries (such as a 9 volt in the smoke detector) and then have to drive/pickup one-off packages but this eliminates the need. Also, the value packs of single battery types just have too many--how long does it take a single person to go through 48 AAA. Pro: price, variety, nice storage/package

This thing is awesome. I am constantly looking for batteries when I need them. This keeps all of my batteries in one place so there is no searching. The cast is durable plastic and it comes with 42 misc. batteries. I purchased this item on sale for $10.00 with free shipping during Christmas. What a deal!

The assortment that the batteries came with was good and the case was handy.

I usually only buy AA or AAA batteries, but this time I needed 9 volts for my smoke detectors, D batteries for some of my flashlights, and some C batteries for a present I had bought for my nephew. This variety pack was a very good value, and the Dynex batteries last just as long as the name brand ones.

This is awesome. You get so many batteries in different sizes in one great little box. Everything is organized and can be restocked and reused.

These alkaline batteries are as good as other economy brands I have bought from CVS, Harbor Freight, and BJs. If you test them with a meter, some actually read more than 1.5 volts. My issue is with Best Buy advertising them with "Free Shipping", then when I checked out, shipping wasn't allowed and I had to pick them up in a local store. Since I am disabled, I was very annoyed at having to use my gas & time to go there. This is not the first time Best Buy has reneged on the free shipping! Before I went, I called customer service; someone tried to override it and ship it to me, but their stupid computer system wouldn't allow it; then she spoke with an employee in my local store & he couldn't override it either. Meanwhile, online, my order changed from "ready for pickup at store", to "backordered". I checked with the store, who assured me the item was there waiting for me. I picked it up the next day, and after all that, when I got it home and opened it, I found the box cover is cracked! I wanted it for the storage box, which has compartments sized for the different batteries, and the sizes in raised letters on the lid. A nice box, but I'm annoyed at the whole ordering fiasco and at having a defective box. Batteries 4 - Best Buy 0.

I am always hunting through wrong sizes of batteries, going out to get what I need and finding what I needed later. This was just right on a daily special for price. The empty box selling seperately also looks very good for organizing existing stock really inexpensively.
