It had some kind of covering on it that I was able to wash off--as though it had been sitting somewhere for a long time and become mildewed. But it seems to work just fine and was a great price.

I like how the end plug in piece folds down and out. I really like that it can do that for safety reasons with house full of kids. It works with all my lines and my other items that need a plug in or usb ports. I will buy more of these .

I was looking for something small and quick to buy, and I found this little thing on clearance and though why not - it's an absolute steal! Anyway, if you're looking for a nice USB charger to replace your other one (in case you lost it), I suggest that you choose this product. It powers up my phone just well and I don't have any issues with it saying it's a "slow charger". So, go ahead and give it a buy! You can thank me later.. or not. :)

If you are expecting differently, look elsewhere. The item arrived and when opened it did not match the specifications section for voltage (listed as 19v is actually 5v) and shows as having a cable (listed as 2 feet) and does not include one. On top of that, as listed in some of the reviews, the plug was covered in some residue and looked used. When I cleaned it, the Dynex logo came right off. Not impressed with this product.

It had a sticky substance on it (maybe some type of adhesive that shouldn't have been on it) when I received it but I just cleaned it off and it was fine.
