easy hook up and very nice sound even without a subwoofer...much better than the TV speakers alone

Great sound for the money. Only limitation appears to be the lack of an HDMI connector but connecting the headphone jack on the tv to the line in connector on the soundbar worked as well.

Started without fiber optic line and it was staticy. Then bought fiber cable for $17 and it stopped working, so I returned it for a new one ,and it has been good since.

Easy to install and gave my 55 inch tv a great sound

I had been looking to purchase a soundbar for my living room tv without wanting to spend a fortune. I bought this one on a one day special for $39.99 and could not be happier. It gives off a great sound. I am sad that I didn't buy more than one.

Bought this as a deal of the day and couldn't be happier. For the money, this is better than good. Projects sound nicely. Would recommend more for a bedroom.

The soundbar was quite difficult to sync with my Samsung TV. Directions for changing from digital to PCM were complex. But, at the Best Buy store where I purchased it, when I took it in, the salesperson found a TV like mine and searched through the various menus until he get it working. While, now, each time I have to go through the menu process when I turn both the TV and soundbar on and I want the sound to go through the soundbar, the resulting sound is excellent.

I mounted this on this wall under my daughters flat screen tv in her room, let me tell you this thing sounds awesome. kids enjoy watching movies in there now.

I read the reviews before purchasing this Dynex soundbar and they were very good but I was still skeptical. Well, I was very, very pleasantly surprised at the quality for the daily special price of $39. This is a great soundbar with terrific sound for the price.

Good sounding speaker. Wish it had blue tooth capability like some other sound bars for more flexibility in use.

This soundbar does the job for the price. It makes sense to buy the optical chord when you purchase the soundbar. Coincidentally, I read a review of it, before making my purchase, that was "spot on." The only drawback is that the soundbar is wide and either needs to be placed on a separate shelf or mounted on the wall in order to not obstruct part of the television screen (bottom edge). Another solution is to elevate the television so that the TV remote (power button) can be utilized. I see now why many soundbars are thin. The sound volume and 3 options on the soundbar (standard, theater, etc.) definitely are an improvement over what the TV provides.

Provides better sound than my TV speakers. Only drawback is that the audio level is in discreet increments, making the loudness hard to change subtly.

I purchased this item while it was deal of the day. Although, when I hooked the unit up I found that the only thing better than the speakers on my television was the bass. Otherwise, the volume is comparable to the dull output of most tvs; however, if you need some extra thump then this is a good priced addition.

We recently bought two of these soundbars. One for our second living area and one for our son. We were impresed with the sound quality for the cost.

Quality of the sound bar surprised me. Pretty decent, but I've had quite a few problems with the sound coming through when changing input on the tv. Can't rule that it's the sound bars fault completely but sometimes I turn it on and no audio comes through.

Great product and easy to set up... This sound bar system is what I wanted to replace my big system.
