My husband and I have been attempting to figure this out for over an hour. Our vesa is 400x400. It should fit. But it doesn’t. There are zero videos on how to instal and the directions aren’t that helpful. Does this not work on Sony TVs? This is beyond frustrating.

I tried every which way to make the wall mount fit and it would not. I emailed Dynex customer help and got the most canned, copy-paste, unhelpful response. See below: Dynex..... "I can assure you that it will fit a 100 X 200 VESA, actually the specifications clearly state that it will support from 75 × 75 mm to 400 × 400 mm with all common sizes in between. It has been my absolute pleasure assisting you." Me......"Not helpful, at all" I returned it!
