    It took two tries but I don’t know how but I fixed my issue. Initially, I couldn’t get my dryer to turn on. On the second purchase after I exchanged it was having the same problem. Somehow, after I plugged it in and it sat a day or so plugged in it began to work. I love how it does my hair. Great product!

    I like this product but it’s big and takes some getting used to. It’s hard to style and makes your hair very, very straight which some people may want, but it’s a little too straight and flat for me. The setting options are good because it’s simple to figure it out and it works on wet hair which is nice.
