Okay. If you ever owned a Dyson hair product, you already know the level of quality. I purchased this 1.6” wide, long barrel to adapt to my original Airwrap. Though $40 is quite pricey, It’s worth having the newer version that allows the air to flow in both directions. It eliminates having to carry extra barrels during travel. I was initially worried when I saw the newer version because there was no way I was going to invest another $400+ for the updated model. I’m very happy with this product being adaptable that I also purchased the thinner 1.2” for tighter curls. To note: I also love that it’s longer than the original barrel which is great for longer hair lengths. Works great! Still happy with my original purchase and now with the adaptable new barrel. The only complaint, I didn’t see the fuscia/nickel which is the color I have and love but, still happy with the mechanics of the new option and not having to detach and re-attach barrels when wanting to change the curl direction. By the way, it was well packaged when I received my order delivery.

Love this attachment. It goes great with my older pink Airwrap base. Best buy shipped it to me super quick! I would use them again for dyson products!

Great product with the updated design of bi-directional curling with a single tool unlike the previous models. This Airwrap 1.6 in Long barrel is perfect for those who have longer hair and want smaller curls. You can curl much more volume into your hair with less effort and without have to switch tools! Saves time and space.

This Airwrap attachment has been back ordered/sold out from the manufacturer for months, and I could only find it with a huge mark-up. Best Buy had it in stock for regular MSRP, and it does exactly what I need. I know the Airwrap doesn’t work on every hair texture, but it’s a lifesaver for me. Perfect salon-quality blowouts at home on my long hair every time with this attachment!

I wanted the long barrel because I have longer hair that does not always stay on the short barrels! This one is perfect! It is also multi directional so I don’t have to swap them for both sides of my hair!

SOO HAPPY! I’m glad they made this a separate piece to buy. The piece was well priced out. The piece is easy to use with my Dyson Airwrap. It’s the perfect length for longer hair. So happy I purchased this.

Best addition to airwrap! Longer to make curling hair easier. Turn curling direction w/o removing, just twist tip.

I purchased this after my dog chewed up the one that came with the original package, But I can’t help myself. This is my favorite attachment. It brings out all of the volume that my hair is capable of. if you want your voluminous, sleek look I strongly highly recommend this product

As an owner of the first generation Airwrap, I was pleased to find out they redesigned the barrel so that one can be used on both sides of your head without changing parts; this new barrel changes airflow by twisting the top. Totally a game changer and now I find myself using the airwrap much more often then before, since I found switching the barrels to be too time consuming.

My wife said she was waiting for this long barrel. And now she has it, she loves it. She has thick hair and now she done her hair easy.

It is more convenient to have one barrel than to have to change the two previous barrels, that would only do one side of the head at a time.

Bigger than I thought but indeed a great product. Their is a learning curb. So, yes you have to practice.

Works great, i have used this attachment many times already since my purchase and it is os easy to use.

The S.O. wanted this as it wasn't included with her Dyson Airwrap, and lo and behold it was one of the few accessories that Best Buy carried for that brand. So with some extra reward certificates sitting around and knowing I wouldn't have to wait for Dyson to ship it to me, it was a no-brainer getting it from my local Best Buy for instant gratification.

My wife loves this long barrel. It gives more room to curl hair. Definitely her favorite.
