Amazing functionality / invention. This vacuum does it all. Excellent performance on carpet, tile and rugs. It picks up everything. Easy to empty the dirt canister and attachments are great. I would not trade this vacuum for any other floor vacuum. Clearly outperforms all competitors.

I own multiple Dyson products and I am very happy or I wouldn’t be a repeat customer. It powers on when it is plugged in. It sucks up the mess on the floor. it does what it is supposed to.

It’s very good vacuum machine and easy to use I was supprised when I used it and clean the carpet.

I really love this vacuum, minus a few things. I wish it was lighted. It is somewhat difficult to use the extension without it rolling around. Easy to clean and empty. Does a great job. Just wish they had thought of the two things I mentioned above when they designed it.

This product was above and beyond my expectations... My carpet looks new. This thing really works!

My last Dyson last 15 years!!!! Hopefully this one will last just as long. It really works great. It is powerful and easy to use. More plastic than the old one but they don't make things like they used to. I'm sure it will be fine.

It's a pretty good vacuum with excellent suction but it feels cheap for the price. I'm hoping it lasts longer than my shark :/

Finally got a DYSON !!!!!!! Waited tooooo long....... As promised - it can do thejob !!!!!

It's light, easily maneuverable, and high powered. I have two dogs, a cat, and a toddler, with carpet, linoleum, and tile in my house. This vacuum is great for everything. My only issue is that it takes a little effort to make it click to stay standing on it's own.

We bought this to replace our old Dyson which we had for over 10 years. It improves on the old on in every way. It is less cumbersome, easier to move around while using, and is much more powerful. I highly recommend Dyson. They may cost a bit more but they are very reliable.

I have a husky and it's perfect :) I use a carpet rake FIRST, then I vacuum. Highly recommend.

Tried 2 others both $300+ but returned both and Bought the Dyson. It was the only one that picked up the dog hair without having to go over the rug 3+ times. It works wonderful. One thing that drove me crazy about my last vacuum was that dog hair and dust would get stuck in the canister and you would have to pull it out. With the dyson everything releases great! Actually can’t believe how much dust and dirt it pulls up.

We waffled about buying this for a few months, and finally went ahead with it when it went on sale. So glad we did. Makes vacuuming easy and less of a chore. Ability to suck up dirt and pet hair off of hard wood floors is amazing - our house feels so much cleaner compared to our old vacuum. Love the extendable furniture cleaner - which does great. Only complaint is that the suction is so powerful, the vacuum sort of gets stuck to one of our rugs (low pile area rug). Ended up using the furniture cleaning attachment to clean this rug. But the vacuum is totally fine on another rug we have (high pile). Not sure what causes the difference, but this vacuum is worth the investment in a rug pad or something that can allow a little more air flow through the rug.

This is my second Dyson upright vacuum- my current one works well, but I just couldn't pass up this sale. It will be nice to have one in reserve. My Dyson products have always been excellent and I have been satisfied.

I have long hair and needed something to get it out of carpet. This vacuum does a great job!

very powerful vacuum. did a great job picking up pet hair from my two golden retrievers and cat. seems to work even better than my last dyson. did get it with a black friday sale so easier to justify the cost.

This vacuum has lots of suction. I can't believe how much is coming out of my carpets each time I vacuum. So nice to have everything in one vacuum, the tools are great. It is easy to push. It does not work on lightweight area rugs because it sucks them up into the head.

I bought this about a month ago to replace my original 10 y/o purple Dyson. I’m getting my old one fixed but COVID19 has closed the repair shop for awhile and the brush to my old one doesn’t rotate consistently and hasn’t for some time. I couldn’t take it anymore and gave in to buy another. I researched many pet vacuums and this one always came out on top. I have over 5k s/f to clean and that includes both hard floors and carpet. Let me tell you, Dyson had a challenge! My old hairy as hell black lab and my pit bull decided to super shed due to heat and Dyson beat them both! This vacuum conquered dog hair, dust & dander without a hitch. My only problem was that it’s difficult to turn. I’m still not used to the ball technology but I’ll take that because it’s suction is superb.

I waited to buy this until my other vacuum cleaner died, and I wish I hadn’t! It is amazing.
