Great vacuum and lightweight. Dyson is the best I have found and is very simple to use and clean. The cord is bothersome, but adding a retractable unit would probably add too much weight. Good length though.

Works better than any vacuum I’ve ever owned. I can really tell the difference: not loud.

I love the power of suction. It does well on carpet, but sticks to low rugs. I have always wanted a dyson vacum. Very happy i finally purchased one. I have only owned mine for a few weeks, so i havent washed the filters.

Works great! Easy of use is amazing and the compact hose in the handle has a far reach. Also - the cord is slightly longer than other vacuums.

I'll start off by saying I wasn't sure about this Dyson compared to my old one but this one amazes me every time I use it. Its light weight with a powerful suction. Two setting for carpet or smooth surfaces. Glad I got this.

I purchased this vacuum to replace a used Dyson Animal ball 1st version that was handed down to me. This vacuum SUCKS dirt like nobody's business. I was impressed with the first one that was given to me, that I choose to replace it when it died. It is kind of funky to use to and the weird angles it can contort into, but it does get the job done. The only thing that I am concerned about, is that it seems to delicate in its construction in spots especially the little tabs opening the dirt containers. You have to be gentle other wise they could be broken easily. The first version seems to be a little more rugged in my opinion. It is a good vacuum if you take care of your items; but if you bang your vacuum around and run into things frequently when vacuuming, I can see it not holding up and breaking.

Decided on buying the Dyson through Best Buy after doing some online research. The vacuum works great and really like the strong suction and ease of emptying it.

This vacuum is the strongest I've had. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver on hard floors. It is almost too powerful for some of my area rugs, however. One downfall (but not a huge deal) is that the cord isn't retractable. Overall it is definitely worth the money.

I have been using Dyson for years. This one is lighter than our old one. Glides easily from carpet to tile floor. And the suction power is amazing.

I bought this Dyson after using the original one for 20 years. This one cleans better is quieter much easier to empty than the original. Beater bar is much easier to clean if you have bad hair.

I had Shark for 4 years and It wasn't doing the job anymore. So I went with Dyson which has a 10 years warranty (Perfect)! I thought, if I am paying over 500$ It is nice that I would have it for at least 10 years! Anyway, It is VERY powerful and It is nice that you can have all the attachments attached to the device. on the other side, it was heavy and hard to get the corners for me! I returned it because It is very important to me that when I am thinking about vacuuming I don't go, maybe next week!, because it is hard to do!! One more thing that was bothering me was that when it was upright you could feel the vacuum air on the top part near the handle!!

If you are looking for a powerful suction, this is the vacuum for you. I love it.

I have two Persians. I don't know what I would do without this vacuum. I mean, I really abuse this vacuum, and it holds up like a champ—best of the best.

Works like a champ and the attachment for the my couch works amazing on dog hair.
