The Dyson ball animal is a slim, but heavy cleaning machine. I am particularly please with the amount of suction power. I would recommend this vacuum to customers with ease. As a pet owner, I find this machine capable of cleaning thoroughly, where other machines leave fine pet hair.

Love the long cord I've been my charged dyson stick but needed more power to suck up dog hair from my rug Wow this one is amazing Easy to get around corners

It cleans well. Hard to use the hose with upright, keeps falling over. It has strong suction.

Have been using the Animal for about 12 or so years now. It finally had a motor failure. Don't get me wrong the abuse/torture this vac took was incredible. Still held up with long haired GSD's On to this vac. The suction is FAR more than the previous Animal's, and the beater bar/motor assembly is substantially more weight. It has less noise but much more power. It will literally pull hair bunnies from about 4 inches away on hardwood floors. Much longer hose to get the stairs with that previous models. My only dislike on this is it does not have the release lever at the bottom with you want to clean the floor. You just pull back and it kind of snaps and releases from its upright position. Make me think that part is a little less robust. Otherwise this is a fantastic vac for dog impaired vacuum enthusiasts

Vacuum is easy to use and has much more power than our previous LG vacuum. Picks up dirt deep in the floor. Dog hair does not seem to be a problem for this vacuum either.

We have bought 3 vaccuums over the last 3 years. Each have failed miserably. We have thrown away a bissel, a shark. And another bissel vaccuum. I broke down and bought the dyson animal ball 3. Because i am tired of disassembling the vaccuums to clean out dog hair even the bissle pet one. They were all lies. I didnt thing the dyson would work either, however my great pyrenese sheds long bunches of hair and the dyson eats it up without a problem, have had this cleaner for over a month and had not a single issue. And ive also had extremely clean carpet and hardwood floors

This is a great vacuum. Strong and cleans well. It is quite heavy though. Also, the hose is a little stiff

Great sucking power. More powerful than the dc41 animal ball. Mom upgraded. Says it weighs a bit more than the dc41. Likes the new features on the vacuum head. The cable is longer. Happy with the purchase.

For my money, Dyson is still one of the best options for a vacuum. We recently got a new dog whose black fur really becomes apparent on our light carpet. Our old dyson still did really well and cleaned it over a couple of passes. But the new dyson just takes it all up in one pass with no problem.

This is my second Dyson. They last forever and the suction is top knotch. So worth the price. Long cord and ability to vaccum multiple floor surfaces with ease.

This vacuum is top tier, and buying it through Best Buy was the best decision. I’ve always went for the cheaper vacuums, never could bring my self to spend a lot on one but they never lasted more than a month or so. Finally I got mad enough and said enough is enough and ordered it. It has been amazing, the push button to go from carpet to hardwood is a huge bonus. I’ve been telling everyone about this vacuum

This dyson is too strong to clean my area rugs. It swallows them up. I works really well but it's heavy.

This is an excellent vacuum with adjustable suction settings. We bought this vacuum to replace a 15 year old Dyson which still works. You can’t go wrong with Dyson products.

I have struggled for years to find a vacuum that has met my needs being a mom of now 5 along with a almost 3yr old husky and a bunny. Vacuums would not last in my home for more than about 6mo. This vacuum is amazing, it picked up so much that my old vacuum left behind after vacuuming multiple times. It only took using it 1x and it got deep down into my carpets and rugs. It didnt clog or loose suction even picking up my dogs hair. If you know huskys you could only imagine how bad the shed and how often. It brought the softness and fluff back to my floors, even the high traffic areas. It is a bit pricey for some households but it definitely worth the extra buck if you can swing it.

I absolutely love my new vacuum. I have gotten to less expensive vacuums within the last year, however, having animals really can back up your vacuums. With this Dyson ball animal vacuum it picks up hair that you didn't even know was there very easy to maneuver and I would highly recommend this vacuum to anybody that has pets.

This vacuum has been a life-saving upgrade ever since I first purchased it. When the pandemic first started, I spent a lot of time at home. After almost a year of living alone, I decided to adopt two kittens. My apartment quickly became filled with pet hair, treats, and scattered litter. I knew I had to invest in a durable machine and I settled on the Animal 3 based on reviews. I have absolutely no regrets. If you take care of the vacuum, it will perform for years. I highly recommend!
