Great vacuum, especially the succión, but the only negative is that you can’t vacuum the stairs with it because once you put it on the upright position it turns on the vacuum hose. It’s also a heavy vacuum compared to others.

My wife wanted a new vacuum for the Office and Home. By far, this is, so far, the best vacuum we have ever owned. Easy to use, extremely powerful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Compared to the shark rotator I had, the dyson is actually flimsy and is not as sturdy. I have to use my foot to help lock the vacuum in an upright position otherwise it falls over. If Shark offered me a vacuum I would switch in a heartbeat. The extra money we spent on this Dyson doesn’t justify the loss in build quality. The sanction is great though, no complaints there and the cleaning is very easy. It only comes with a singular hose attachment, vs. the shark that had a great furniture attachment and many other hose accessories that came in handy.

Excellent at cleaning, carpets feel so much cleaner now. Easy to maneuver around. Gets a little warm though.

Great vacuum! I had a much older model that had seen better days. This Dyson is way better and has awesome suction. I wish it were lighter though.

I love my new Dyson ball vaccum cleaner. Lots of suction! Its a little heavy, but worth it!! I would definitely recommend this product. I give it a 10 in vacuum cleaners.. Very Happy!!!

Great vacuum.Each time we use it and we vacuum frequently, we are amazed at how much it picks up. It is very easy to operate and maneuver. We would highly recommend this vacuum cleaner

It’s outstanding! I am super pleased with how this vacuums my carpet. I like that the filters are washable instead of having to purchase replacement filters all the time.

Excellent vacuum, we are very happy with it. Only down side is that it's a bit heavy but I guess that's the price you pay for the powerful suction.

The Dyson's are such great vacuums. My old one was 8.5 years old and had started failing. I tested the new one by vacumming with the old, and then revacumming same area with new. WOW.

Very good product. Vacuum is strong. Easy to dispose of picked up trash. The Only thing is that it is a little heavy compared to my other vacuum. But overall very good product

Vacuum has all the quality you expect from Dyson. We were watching a family members pet which requires frequent vacuuming. This vacuum works like a charm just loud and heavy

I can not speak to durability yet, as I only just picked this up today, But the amount of filth that this vacuum removed from a carpet just done yesterday with a lesser brand is absolutely astonishing. Makes me nauseous to think of the amount of dirt that I was living with due to a poorly designed previous vacuum. Easy to use, powerful, intelligent design. If it keeps functioning like this into the future, it is an absolute home run. Thanks Dyson, for an amazing tool.

A little heavier than I expected but it picks up an amazing amount of dog hair. It is easy to empty the canister and rinse it as needed. I am satisfied with the product.

I love it! It has great suction and works great. It also has attachments that are nice. I got it at a great price.

My first Dyson vacuum. Before I used it I vacuumed my carpet with my current vacuum. But when I went over the carpet again with this Dyson, WOW. Apparently, based on what was in the tank, my old vacuum wasn’t sucking up that much. I thought my carpet was clean, but my Dyson proved it was only half clean. And I do a good job maintaining my equipment. So, now I’m Dyson for life. So easy to clean and empty. A little bulky but maneuvers very easily.

I love this vacuum. It's easy to push and maneuver. Picks up so much. Great suction. I've owned many vacuums over the years and this one ranks number 1.
