Great product for a great price. I've only had this vacuum a few weeks but its an excellent vacuum with very good suction for a home of 5 (3 people, a cat and a dog, lol). But seriously, this vacuum has been a very good purchase, especially with the price from Best Buy!

I bought this vacuum with the expectation it would live up to its name and brand. The auction is really good. It’s the construction I don’t like. It feels like it will fall apart when you use it. And it should have had a retractable cord for all of this money. Overall it’s only ok......

Great power, easy to navigate, gets up all the cat hair and cat dander without polluting the air I breathe. The HEPA filtering system is cleaning the air. I am very happy with the performance of this vacuum. I am delighted with my purchase.

Dyson is the way to go and worth the money. We bought this dyson to replace our last one that kicked the bucket but lasted 8 years. The last one we had was the dyson ball multi floor (yellow ball) and it was great but my husband likes this one better. Nothing gets suction like the dyson it definitely has power.

It really sucks. Mobility with the ball is great. Suction good with attachments. Canister is easy to empty. Like the button to turn off the revolving brush for bare floors. Some of the parts make wonder about durability, but so far so good

This vacuum has amazing g suction power and really picks things up. The only thing I don’t really care for is the way the extension bar comes out and fits back into vacuum, it is a real struggle to get it hook back to vacuum. My other dyson I had clicked right back into place without the struggles. Maybe I just got a defective one, I don’t know.

We've owned a few dysons in the last few years, and this one was just as good. Maybe it's because of how often we vacuum (every week)..it was working well in the beginning, but we seem to exchange it every year (through the Geek Squad Warranty). Light weight, and easy to use and easy to empty.

I love this vacuum! I thought my old sweeper was doing a good job until I got this Dyson. Awesome for pet hair and great for all the dirt we and the dog track in. It is basically plastic so we will just have to wait and see how it holds up. So easy to dump and clean filters!!

Excellent Vacuum. We've had a couple of the Dyson cordless vacs, but this our first full size model. Works Great!

This does a great job on my hardwood floors, tiled floors and carpeted rooms. Came with all the tools as described. It is on the heavy side, however no worries about low battery life as it is a plug in. Bought it on sale for a very decent price, worth it in any case.

Easy to maneuver and vacuums really well. The one challenging aspect is switching from using the accessory for narrow places and putting the hose/wand back. It took several attempts to slide it back in to switch back to regular floor vacuum mode.

This is my second Dyson. The first works so great that I bought a second so my daughter no longer needed to carry it up and down the stairs. Dyson products are the absolute best vacuum cleaners I have ever owned!

Works as good as the best model in my opinion, had the top of the line for 5 years, wanted a new one, saw this at a great price and ordered it. Excellent vacuum.

I previously owned 2 shark vacuums before taking the plunge with this Dyson. WHAT A MISTAKE?!!! This thing is very clunky and heavier than the Shark, and I absolutely loathe the pole that is inside the hose that is supposed to extend/ and have attachments added on the end. Unless you have VERY high ceilings and plan to clean them every other day, this design is absolutely useless. I’d prefer a fully flexible hose throughout rather than this garbage pole in the middle. I can’t help but feel that this is going to tear the hose in less than a year based on my home’s needs/ usage. No, not because we are rough with it, but due to the poor design! We have 3 kids under 10, and 3 medium to large dogs & that stupid pole has already been clogged twice out of the 3 times we’ve used it! Going from attachment usage (standing) to floor usage is also rough. You almost have to slam this thing in order to get it to switch over. The “one touch emptying canister”??? HA!!!! Maybe after the very first use, but the two times after that when it is nowhere near full - the bottom is stuck to the canister & I had the button pressed all the way down! There was nothing sticky sucked up so I have no clue why the release wasn’t working. This also does not easily glide over thresholds and while the suction is strong, I wish there were a way to adjust it because it often gets stuck on the carpeting or couch pillows in which I’m trying to clean! This means I have to wrestle with it to get it to move back and forth - NOT AT ALL WORTH MY MONEY, TIME, NOR EFFORTS! I want my money back, but somehow something delivered less than 1 month ago is no longer returnable!

Excellent, a must have. Purchased it while on Deal of the Day ... Purchased one maybe 3 years ago and then decided for the price and for the satisfaction I have with the Dyson vacuum cleaner, why not get another one for the upstairs. I did and glad I did

I purchased two of these air vacuums. Is a little more bulky than my Dyson V11 Animal, but expected. I have had a handful of Dyson products more than half have had significant issues. We'll see how this goes. Dyson customer support is pretty darn good.
