I have 3 dead vacuums lined up. This seems like it will last longer than the others. There is still plastic parts that seem like they can break with rough use, but the others were the same and mostly the belts broke or the suction wasn’t the same. I will start with 4 stars and see how long it lasts, $500 is not a cheap vacuum so I expect at least a few years.

Very easy to use, got this in comparison to our Hoover floor sense vacuum in which we have problem with the floor sense working all the time. This Dyson takes the work out of waiting for the technology to kick in on the hoover before it recognizes what floor you are vaccuming. The Dyson is streamlined and not at all technical waiting for a computer to read. Just an on and off switch to press when you go from carpet to hard floors. Simple as that, technology can be a letdown, and we got the warranty for hope to get at least 10 years out of this vacuum.

quality product. picks up everything on it way including on ceramic tile flooring. It's very powerful and well worth the $300+ I spend on this vacuum.

Love my Dyson vacuum. It is very lightweight and easy to use. The only con is flexibility to clean under furniture. I would still give it a five star rating.

Purchased this for the family. I live with my daughter and her husband. She was SO EXCITED to get it. Very light and easy to maneuver. Cleans very well.

This vacuum really sucks well. It is, however, hard to steer. It also makes a lot of noise when transporting the vacuum when it is not turned on.

I love this vacuum. My Dyson is very powerful, and not heavy at all. It maneuvers easily from tile, to hardwood, to the carpet in the bedrooms. I will only own a Dyson for a vacuum for now on.

The Dyson Ball Multifloor 2 is a phenomenal product, very easy to use and very effective at cleaning carpet and floors! very happy with this purchase!

The setup was a slight hassle for me, but my husband was able to put it together on no time. I love the section power and the ease of maneuver and very easy to carry aroind.

I finally broke down and bought a Dyson after hearing my sister tell me how much she loved hers. The suction seems great. The vacuum is not heavy so it moves easily from floor to floor. So far so good!

Well, My wife wanted the unit that had the most suction. This vacuum has so much suction she could not move it over the carpet. It literally stuck in place. There is no setting to lower or raise it. We had to cut holes in the sides of the rubber to allow for air flow just so she could move it accross the carpet. So if your looking for a unit that will work on hard floors this is surely the one, but its unfortunate that we didnt see any reviews stating the unit had to be cut, and of course void the warranty I am sure. We got the idea from You Tube how to make it work.

Does a great job of picking up fine dist and handling dog hair. Collection container is a bit small. Ball hinders getting under some furniture. Kind of light on accessories for the price, but does its job well so far.

Great for the money. Best vacuum I’ve every had. The suction power is fantastic. It’s so unbelievably. Great for getting dirt out of carpets

Excellent machine I replaced my Electrolux with the Dyson and very happy with it easy to use and works awesome.

Its been 1+ year and works great!! The cord is long enough to cover large area and the vacuum itself is very powerful with great functions.

We needed a replacement vacuum that was easy to light enough to work two floors. It worked well on the marble floors on the first level and the carpet on the second level.

I finally decided to upgrade my vacuum to a Dyson. So glad I did!! It picks up way more stuff on the floor than a cheap vacuum. Great suction, easy to use and easy transition from floors to carpet!

I was amazed at the amount of dirt the Dyson picked up the first time I used it on my carpet! I haven't used the attachments yet, but they seem a bit fragile. Overall, I am very satisfied.
