    When we received our vacum today , i took the floor attachment out of the bag to find out it was used, along with a canister of dirt.. i have tried to let corporate know however, I cannot get transferred to over there and all they wanna do is just try to return my item. Buyer beware of Best Buy items coming from Georgia.

    This Dyson product is the be all end all in vacuums for me. Quality in all aspects of its construction and assembly. Cleans hardwood floors just as well as rug flooring. Simpletwo click canister removal to empty and clean out the debris. With a filter in line so you know when to replace. With this purchase I feel I won’t ever need to purchase a vacuum elsewhere than Dyson.

    Works great! It’s not really easy to storage but that’s something that you should know upfront! Also hair gets jammed at the bottom where the little wheels are, but again, something you know upfront! Everything else is actually great
