The Vacuum is excellent both for the Tiles as well as the carpeted floors. The number of adjustments and extension tools are good enough to clean your car in the garage. I definitely recommend the product.

Bought this as a replacement for the upright Dyson because the upright one was too bulky and heavy. We used to have the small canister Dyson and we loved it. So this is a more powerful machine that does the job. Excellent if you have furry babies as it picks up all the pet hair around the house. It’s still a little bulky compared to the smaller size canister but certainly more power.

It's ok...not the greatest...but it IS a lot lighter and easier to drag around than the stand up we have

The Big Ball Canister Vacuum is an outstanding vacuum cleaner. The suction is extremely strong. We bought this model to replace my Dyson DC 39 Animal vacuum cleaner. The Big Ball is a bit larger and is also a bit louder but the suction if fantastic. We are very happy with this purchase. We got five years service from the DC 39 and hope to get at least that from this model.

This Dyson replaced my 15 year old DC-11 canister. It’ll suck the skin right off of you ... it’s that powerful. It followed me around easier than my old one. The included dusting brush is softer ... great improvement. It has a washable filter! My only lament is that I had to purchase the floor brush separately. 90% of my home is hard flooring so that’s a must for me. Highly recommend this canister

The suction makes it hard to push on large area rugs, and impossible to push on smaller area rugs. It's great on wall-to-wall installed carpets. The pull loop to stop the brush on the floor attachment so you can use it on wood floors without making marks and easier on smaller area rugs,

Great vacuum! I prefer this over the upright model bc it’s easier to move around the house and I don’t knock it over. The hose is great for stairs and attachments are perfect for detail work. I purchased for $399 but now on sale for $299. I missed the two week window by a few days and didn’t get sale price so make sure you keep an eye on pricing.

This was a great purchase. The Big Ball is easy to use and has great suction, gets under a lot of low furniture.

After we read ratings on CR about canister vacs, we were surprised to see this one rated not quite as high as some others. We went with our gut and are completely satisfied with this one. CR was wrong. It even comes with a convert piece to use our old tools with it. And it sucks better than the old Dyson. A great vacuum!
