We recently purchased this vacuum and it was worth the price. The dyson picks up so much debris and dust that others don't. This was a great investment thus far and we are looking forward to many years of usage.

You got the idea. My last one last 8 years and going. I got a new one after black friday. Well worth it. It leaves nothing behind. You dont know how much dirt you have in your carpet until you own a dyson

Had a Hoover Windtunnel (a replacement for a prior Dyson). did not like the short cord, short hose length, weaker suction. Got Dyson big ball and am very happy again! Dysons work great

We had a top of the line HEPA Orick that left our house smelling like dust. The first time we used the Dyson was right after vacuuming with the Orick and we ended up with a tank full of dirt in the Dyson!

Best vacuum i have ever bought. I thought this was just an overpriced vacuum. I was wrong. This vacuum has out performed any vacuum ive owned. It really has powerful suction that gets dust, dirt, etc that is caught deep in the carpet. Great for pet owners

It’s a good quality product with very effective suction but honestly price is a serious factor, paying more than $500 for a vacuum........,., I think got a brand name. Lol. If u need quality ,no price matter then go for it. It’s made for u!!!

The best vacuum on the market. Especially if you have birds (you know how hard it is to vacuum up bird seed). I returned my new shark because it just couldn't handle the job and got another Dyson instead!

This baby works like a champ. Vacuumed with this one right after using our old Dyson. It picked up stuff, so much more power. It is a little louder than the old, but it has great sucking awesomeness.

This vacuum came recommended by family and I was hesitant because we have a Rainbow Vacuum. The ease of storage and use made it worth the purchase.

The vacuum is ready to push. I love that I don't have to change the height settings. The wand however is tough to put back into place. Not an easy fit and you can't easily switch between floor and wand.

Finally gave in and bought a nice vacuum. I have a dog that sheds like crazy and this is the only vacuum I’ve had that picks up all his hair after one or two passes over the carpet. I’ve had this for almost 7 months now and there has been no loss of suction. There are a few things I don’t love though. Some of the parts are made of cheap plastic and I wonder how well they will hold up. When I stop vacuuming and think I have it locked in place, it tips over. So you have to apply some force and make sure you really click it into place or this will happen every time. Lastly, when I go to empty the container stuff often stays stuck in there and I have to stick my hand in to loosen it which is gross! Overall though, worth it if you’re a pet parent and sick of buying a new cheap vacuum every year.

This vacuum cleaner feels solid and does a great job on the carpets as well as e hardwood floors. It is self-adjusting so we can just vacuum straight from the carpet to the hardwood. I really love it.

We love our Dyson vacuum cleaner. This is actually our third Dyson to replace one that was aging and did not seem to work as well as when we first purchased it (we vacuum a lot, so there was quite a bit of wear-and-tear). The ball makes it easy to navigate around furniture, it has a long cord, it is easy to grab the hose off the back to clean areas other than carpeting, and this particular model does not have any filters that need to be periodically cleaned... It is truly no maintenance (aside from emptying the container when necessary). True, it is an expensive vacuum cleaner compared to some others, but my experience with Dyson vacuum cleaners (and other) is that you do get what you pay for. This is an awesome vacuum cleaner that should last us for years to come.

I I have two pets and the suction power of the Dyson vacuum is great I didn't realize how much hair was left on the carpet the staff at Best Buy was great and handling my purchase

Best suction of any vacuum I've ever had. It's versatile with the ball and all of the attachments. But if you multiple dogs like I do, the canister is just too small and you'll find yourself emptying it 6 times when you clean your house.

I love this product because it is very quiet compare to the old one we had. Also it sucks more dust and dirt - leaving you more confident that your floor carpet/wood is cleaned.

I owned a DC17 and I loved it to death, but I had to wash the filter ever 6 months and then after 11 years the vacuum's air started to smell like wet dog feet whenever I vacuumed. So I decided to upgrade to the Dyson Cinetic Ball Animal + Allergy Bagless Vacuum and I couldn't be happier. No filter washing because of the Cinetic technology. Easy control because of the big ball movement. So why the four star? Well, I'm right handed, so I control the vacuum with my right hand. The power cord is unfortunately on the right hand side too. My old DC17 had the power cord on the left side, so when I vacuumed I controlled the vacuum with my right hand, and held the cord with my left and everything was pretty ergonomical. Due to the cord being on the right side with the new vacuum, when I hold the cord with my left hand, it feels awkward and clumsy. I dunno, just my opinion. Overall, great vacuum!

LOVE! LOVE! this vacuum. Highly recommend even for the $$. Our last Dyson lasted 10 years and we were debating on which we should buy next. Glad we decided and the top of the line model. Not sorry.

I previously owned a DC70 so have been very happy with the Dyson brand. We have 2 dogs which shed ALOT . I was hesitant to spend the extra money on this vacuum, but with 1 swipe of the carpet I was sold. It was so much faster and quieter and really worked to get the dog hair. Assembly was fine. My only complaint is that the canister has to be emptied frequently (in my case because of all the dog hair). Overall, very happy with the purchase.

We've had a Dyson Animal for about 10 years. It worked great. My wife saw the new units and I decided to get her one for Christmas. She loves it. As good as the old one was, this is WAY better!
