This vacuum is good but not great, I like my old Dyson better. What I like about this vacuum #1 wand comes out very easy #2 goes into the vacuuming position very easy almost to easy #3 Some of the attachments are very useful #4 Does have good suction not as good as the old Dyson. Overall a good vacuum.

I have a little under 2000 sf of carpet to vacuum. In the past I've owned Hoover with a bag and most recently, a Bissel bagless. Thanks to the "Deal of the Day", I was able to get this for a decent price. The first use was on the day AFTER using the Bissel and the container needed to be emptied 6 times. I decided to vacuum again one day later and there was another full container. The first thing I noticed was the air "felt" cleaner. The Bissel wasn't sealed up as tightly as the Dyson and it actually blew dust back into the room. I used to sneeze when I vacuumed but never really put 2 and 2 together … until now. Yes, it's powerful. I have a few very high quality area rugs that cause the Dyson to get "lip locked" on them. That's due to the fibers being so tight together and not allowing the air to be drawn through them. OK … no big deal. On the regular carpeting, it works perfectly. The attachments don't have anywhere to be on the vacuum. I just put them in a shoebox and pick the one I need when I need it. They work well. It took a few times to get used to steering this thing … it's like learning how to parallel park a car … once you got it, you're good to go. Because the ball is big, it doesn't fit really well under some furniture but that what the attachments are for. There's a hose that pops out of the handle for the attachment to hook on to. It is a little heavy at 19 pounds. My only complaint is the handle sometimes doesn't snap into place when I'm finished and it falls over on the floor … it clicks so I think it's locked but it isn't. I hope to get many years out of this thing. Again, the air in the rooms feels so much cleaner with no dust from vacuuming and that makes this thing a 5 Star from me.

It's a Dyson, so you kind of know what to expect. We had an old Dyson Animal ball that quit moving well on our floors. Something with the ball that wasn't working right. While we were disappointed in our previous models longevity we tried 2 other brands before buying this Dyson model. So far it's been typical Dyson. You don't have to mess with height adjustments as it adjusts automatically, you can turn off the rollers for use on hardwood floors, the brushes go all the way to the edge of the vacuum head so that you can vacuum next to baseboards, the suction is fantastic, the collection bin is a decent size and you can open the collection bin from the bin's handle so that you can put it down into a trash can and not spill any debris everywhere. Other than good suction these are other features we did NOT find on other brands that we really missed. It brought us back to Dyson.

Suction is pretty incredible. It's actually so strong it sucks up carpet fibers constantly. It pulls dirt from below the fibers non-stop. When we finish vacuuming we're always shocked by how much dirt is in the canister. Only complaints are weight and cost! Vacuum is pretty heavy!

The Dyson Cinetic Big Ball vacuum is a great vacuum with lots of suction power. It handles very well and is fairly easy to operate. I only wish Dyson was better with their instructions. Pictures are good but words would also be helpful!

We had our previous dyson for almost 10 yrs We didn’t hesitate to invest in another one as an upgrade with our bigger home needing more power and larger canister. A bit heavy but otherwise I would recommend.

It's very quiet for a vacuum, turns so easily, and empties easily, too! Believe it or not, though, I still haven't figured out how to get the wand thingy to work. The young man in the store who helped me was great to work with, as well!

The suction is amazing and the floor transfer is definitely amazing from carpet to vinyl... the extension hose and all the attachments makes it super easy to get the hard to reach places on the ceiling or wall trim with minimal effort.

The Dyson vac is super easy to use and it comes with two heads — one for carpets and one for bare floors. This model is super lightweight and with the wands removed, it converts to a handheld vacuum for even more versatility.

Not literally, but it’s close! The amount of dirt that came up from the carpet was astounding, disgusting, and quite embarrassing. Since my last vacuum broke a month ago I made the decision to buy this Dyson Vacuum when it was on sale, half off the original price, and I must have dumped out 4 full containers full of dust and dirt throughout the entire house. At least I know why my last vacuum broke. This thing is an absolute beast. I literally got on my hands and knees and inspected my carpet thoroughly just to ensure that this review would be delivered accurately and I can assure you that this, without a doubt, is the greatest vacuum cleaner I have ever used in my entire life! Half-off, full price, don’t matter. Worth every cent.

Excellent Vacuum! I wanted a vacuum with attachments especially for high ceilings and stairways. This vacuum does it all and I am very pleased with the suctioning power. Great Value for the dollars spent.

This vacuum does a great job. It is quiet , easy to move around corners and furniture and it picks up dust very well. The dust cup is also very easy to dump into the trash because it disconnects with the push of a button.

You think you-know how clean your floors are until you use this vacuum. Makes a huge difference. It is bulky so i use my robot vacuum for tight spaces like under the dresser.

I've had the vacuum several months now and still love it. I have 2 dogs and this is the best vacuum I've owned. Its great for cleaning up the hair and truly doesn't lose suction. Comes with lots of useful attachments, too.

Love this vacuum! It does a great job on our carpet and is so easy to switch for the wood floors. It is a bit heavy, but it seems to clean right up to the baseboards. Love that their is no filter to clean, too!

Title says it all. Works like a champ. Little heavy but easily get used to it. Pretty easy to clean. Sometimes if you over fill container you have to shake it a bit to get the dirt out.

I love this Dyson. I've had it about a year and it is still working well. It picks up so much more dirt and dog fur than our other vacuums. It does get hair tangled on the brush, so you occasionally have to cut if off, but then it works great again. Negatives - I wish the canister were bigger as I need to empty it constantly. And it doesn't work as well on higher pile carpet - can be very difficult to push.

Wife absolutely love this top tier Dyson vacuum cleaner that picks up everything! The suction is very strong, weight not bad for such a big boy machine!

I purchased this item on Best buy deal of the day. I have a Yellow lab retriever mix and he sheds a lot. Unboxing and set up was very easy. Overall I am happy with my purchase because this vacuum is easy to use keeps my carpet and hardwood floor clean. Pro: Powerful Suction, Easy to empty pin with the push of a button, Not too heavy, Tangle-free, great on a hardwood floor with a button to turn off the roller, amazed at how much dust it picks up within 1-2 days after days, 5 year warranty! Cons: Emits up heat when vacuuming, difficult to keep upright sometimes, the retractable suction hose is very difficult to use( drags entire vacuum with it and sometimes falls), tiny sand particles may leak out of bin when removing it from the vacuum to empty.

The Tyson Cinetic Big Ball is an excellent vacuum for leaving no dust or dirt behind, due to its powerful vacuum system and is easy to use. It is heavier than our previous Dyson which is taking some adjustment for stairs cleaning.
