It was easy to assemble. The vacuum works great, came with a lot of accessories. Only knock you can not store all the accessories on the vacuum.

I bought it for my mom and she does like the way it has more power and pulls even the finest of dust.

Bought a new Dyson as there was a great sale and I keep thinking that our 10 year old one is going to die at some point. It’s proving me wrong. Moved into a house with an extra level so just keeping that one there instead. The new one has amazing suction power and very easy to maneuver. The hose is much longer than the old one but it does take some getting used to trying to redock it with the machine. Minor issue, almost more human error.

A little bulky feeling but gets the job done...sometimes too well...I find it has a little too much suction for some of the rugs in our house

Good suction. Big heavy and bulky. Canister to hold dust/ dirt is smaller than others. If I paid full price ($600) I would have returned it. Not worth $600!!

I had never owned a Dyson vacuum before, and wasn't sure if it was able to live up to the hype. I would say that it does. We keep our house pretty clean, but the first time we ran this vacuum over the rugs, it picked up an amazing amount of stuff. The roller ball design makes it easy to push around and get to odd angles. The attachments work well. Not a cheap purchase, but I would say it is worth the money. This absolutely met my expectations.

I am impressed with dysons suction and maneuverability but the machine is heavy for my wife and kids to lug up and down the stairs

Good solid vacuum with decent suction. Had it for a few months now and no issues. Doesn't clog up. So far is has been durable and the build quality seems to be pretty good. The most irritating thing is the handle. It does not lock in an upright position very well. This is frustrating beyond belief. Walk away and it falls over. Dyson pays a lot of attention to the quality of their products so it is surprising they have not noticed this issue. If it didn't fall over all the time, it would be 5 stars all day long.

My Dyson Dinetic Big Ball Total Clean Upright Vacuum works pretty well now that I've figured out how to use it, which was not easy compared to other vacuum cleaners I have owned. I still can't figure out how to get the wand to stay connected to the vacuum or what some of the accessories are for or how to attach them. In addition, the machine is very heavy for its size, especially if you want to clean some stairs. The one very good feature is that it does produce excellent suction.

Love this new vacuum. Very easy to push and move around furniture. Lots of attachments for hard to reach spaces.

This is a machine built for cleaning. My wife is very particular about her cleanliness.m and this goes above and beyond her expectations. Also.... no filter and coupled with the the manufacturer and bestbuy protection plan... 10 years of coverage.
