The bagless feature is not a bad one, as emptying it is simple and relatively clean. Not making a bunch of dust to fly around the house. This is a powerful vaccuum , and hopefully lasts a long time. Absolutely happy with it!

Others say they never lose suction but Dyson is the only vacuum cleaner that proves it. Before I bought the Dyson vacuum I swept my floor, I inboxed my vacuum and was amazed at just how much dirt was still in my carpet. I truly believe that this is the best purchase and the best vacuum I’ve ever bought.

The actual design being almost entirely plastic construction was disappointing. It just feels very plasticy and flimsy. The attachments leave something to be desired and I do not like how the handle is stiff when using the attachments (there's no bend for those tight spaces). Also, the easy to dump canister is anything but. Again a design flaw. If there's any hair, which is 95% of it, it just clumps in the canister and you end up using your hands to pull it out bc its such a tight squeeze it doesn't just fall out like every other vacuum does. Do not pay full price for this, but for $300 (which is what I paid) its pretty good. We use our shark for attachments and getting into tight spaces. The vacuum for carpet is only thing "exceptional," IMO.

The first time I used it on my carpets, it sucked up so much dirt from all the years that I had to empty the canister several times! Now I can do the entire house with just one emptying. Just make sure you don't have a fan running nearby when you're emptying the canister, otherwise you'll have a big mess!

I used it in rooms that have no traffic in my vacation home and each time I continue to get large amounts of dust when visibly the carpet looks new and clean. I am confident that if I remove the carpet there will be little to no debris under it.

The suction is great, It does a terrific job cleaning the carpets. The ball on which it wheels is clumsy. The size of the ball is difficult around furniture. The tools help with the stairs. The power cord is plenty long. The suction hose is sufficient length.

Our Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Total Clean upright vacuum features ball technology, with a central steering mechanism, for greater control and no awkward moves. They are also our first machines to feature no filters to wash or replace, thanks to the oscillating Dyson Cinetic tips located in the cyclone pack. The Dyson Cinetic is a heavier machine; one thing that you may notice, however, is the brush bar of your machine may help to move the machine along the carpet due to the natural rotation of the brush bar. We're sorry that you found the ball to feel clumsy, while pushing around your machine.

Great Vacuum but plastic handle feels flimsy

However, the quality for the price you pay does not seem to be there. For instance the handle feels flimsy, especially when the hose is pulled out. I would expect a more solid build construction at this price point. This makes me question how long it will last in the end, but outside of this no other complaints and happy with the purchase.
