I live in Los Angeles and air quality here is terrible. Its estimated that indoor air quality, if left to untreated, can be worse than outdoor air quality 9/10 times…so if you live in an area with poor air quality, this is essential! We keep it right next to our bed for the nice relaxing breeze it provides.

Loyalty Means Nothing: Best Buy Doesn't Care

I can say with certainty that my recent experience has completely shattered that trust. A recent issue with one of their premium products exposed a combination of defective merchandise, unhelpful customer service, and rigid policies that left me completely unsupported, despite being a long-term, high-spending customer. Attempts to request reasonable goodwill assistance were flatly refused, even when the defect was documented, widespread, and occurred shortly after the warranty expired. The “loyalty” I had assumed mattered apparently counts for nothing. This experience has completely changed my perception of Best Buy. I can no longer recommend them, and I will be reconsidering every past purchase in light of how they treat customers when things go wrong. Loyalty means nothing if a company refuses to stand behind its products or support its customers. I hope this review serves as a warning to others: premium products and long-term patronage will not protect you from being dismissed. I will also be applying this review to my previous purchases because the pattern of service failure extends beyond just one product or incident.

It helps a lot to cool me down at night when the hot flashes come. Made my life better. The only thing is that I can't find a manual to learn more about the features it has. For now I only used fan speeds, rotation. Auto feature- don't know what is it for, night mode turns off on its own after an hour. So at least a couple questions to find out about but I didn't find any info.
