Started whistling loudly after a couple of weeks

This sound is loud enough that this fan can’t be used while you sleep. Definitely expected better out of a premium fan.

Best buy suck / customer service even worse

The first one got delivered to the incorrect address and we never got it.. after inquiring about what happened i got 0 answers for why or where it was delivered. And after the third call back to someone that could of cared less and didn't speak English found out they sent me a refund check instead of delivery a new one.. three weeks later received the check i had deposit.. i decided to reorder another one only because of the price point i still haven't received the second one two later and i had it delivered to the store for pick up... Why it takes two plus weeks is ridiculous i wish i could review the product but haven't got it yet .. i will review once i receive it

Hot Air

The basement gets really hot. I have this fan for about a week and it is not doing a great job. Blowing hot air. Very disappointed! I will return. The air purifier is great but fan not cool at all.

Not worth the price

Better off getting a regular fan thats 80$ somewhere else and a separate purifier. Cheaper and I assure you will get better air flow and not get hot.
