A magical fan that is quieter than blade fans, and looks so cool! It's pricey but lovely!

We bough this during an epic heat wave in Los Angeles. With no air conditioning, it kept the air moving with grace and style! Easy enough to clean and a definite keeper. BTW Yes, it's more expensive than fans, but the quality and style plus superior airflow make it worth the price.

The is the "cool"-est fan I've ever owned. Since its purchase, I have become exceedingly "chill". I'm a big "fan". Before I had this, I thought I was going to "die...son"! But for real. This is a quality product. It's improved my quality of life. It's a beautiful life.

I've always wanted a Dyson fan, but would always choose to get something else because it is very pricey. I've also always wondered whether this fan is worth the price. It is. First and foremost, it's quiet, so I don't have to worry about it making any sort of unnecessary noises in the middle of the night. Second of all, it's very easy to clean. Third, it's lightweight. Last but not the least, it has a powerful airflow. Like I said, I've always wondered if this was worth the price. It is.

Amazing, most important it is so QUIET, aesthetic and light weight so you can move it around and take it upstairs without issue, is a little expensive competing with other fans but definitely worth it.

I bought the AM07 because I'm extremely sensitive to how things look in my living room... couldn't have an ugly fan sitting in there! The Dyson looks great and its fanless design means that it'll have a minimal visual impact on the room. Against a white wall it's easy to forget that it's in there. Performance is good, but nothing to write home about. It moves air well but can get a bit noisy at the higher power levels (6 and above). I really like that it has a timer so I can have it blow air from outside for a few hours after I go to bed then shut off automatically. Overall I'm happy with the purchase although there may be a bit of form over function at play here.

I got this fan when my central air stopped working. It was pretty effective in cooling down the living room. However it is not as quiet as reviewed. The more expensive versions seem to be more quiet. However if you are unbothered by this, it is definitely worth the buy. Sleek design, easy to install and use.

Excellent fan, have another AM07 tower fan that’s almost 12y old. Works flawlessly, doesn’t have as many features like the competition, and is still pricey. Tried the new one TP10 with the air purifier ($80+ every 6 months!) which didn’t put out any air flow, so returned and went with this AM07.

Works as expected and easy to use. Happy made the purchase!

On TV commercials, you hear all about how the Dyson fans have a smooth airflow, and how you can't hear the motor. Well, the commercials are right. The airflow is great -- their "air multiplier" stuff really helps move the air more than a regular tower fan. The fan also offers a full 90-degree rotation, unlike other fans that only rotate 60 degrees. Those two features help keep my living room cooler than the tower fan I used previously. On the other hand, while you can't hear the motor, you do hear the air itself, as it squeezes through the tiny vents around the tower. Imaging the sound of the air blowing from your lips while you whistle without actually whistling, and you start to come close to the sound from the fan. I would never use this in a bedroom at its highest speed, because the sound would be too loud to sleep through. In the living room, at a relatively low speed (setting 4, out of 10), the sound level is modest enough for conversation and comfort. The remote control has a handy little feature. It's magnetic and attaches to the top of the tower, making the remote easier to keep track of. You do need to hang on to the remote -- while you can turn the fan on/off and control the power level without the remote, you do need the remote to get the fan to rotate. But all Dyson products come with a literal cost, and this fan is no exception. Dyson doesn't allow vendors to put their items on sale, so you should wait until Dyson themselves have a sale, which then carries down to vendors. If you can, take advantage of coupons. That's the only way I was able to justify the purchase. Otherwise, if you just want a decent tower fan, there are many other less-expensive options.

I hate to sound so critical but it was the fake reviews that made me waste my time getting this fan. This fan is not adequate or sufficient at blowing air at all! On the highest level 10, it is very lacking and the air cannot be felt like 8 feet away. The high noise level that kicks in at about level 6 adds to the disappointment. The fan is made from light Cheap plastic and if you have to remove the base to clean it, its concerning. There is a flimsy plastic part to push in so that you can rotate and remove the base and I question how long that would last. The oscillating is a good idea but its more difficult to control if you want to stop it at a certain point since sometimes the remote doesnt register and has to be pointed perfectly at the fan so that it stops. If you miss your spot, you have to wait for it to swindle again and hope you get it right the next time. No smart features. My 10 year old Lasko fan performs 5X better than this $300 fan. There is no way that real legitimate people are saying this expensive fan outputs great air with great force. That is simply not true. Sure, it looks nice but looks are not worth $300+. Performance is more important! If you need this for a small room, maybe this would be okay but still, you're better off buying a more powerful $50 fan. This is definitely not going to help me during the summer. I question the reviews and wonder if people are getting secretly compensated to leave positive and catchy comments on here. The real experience does not match the 5 star reviews here. Very sus! Dyson should stick to making vaccums. I actually have the expensive one and it is actually great and worth the hype but, the fan is clearly a gimmick from a reputable brand trying to sell their name more than a product that actually works well. That's my honest review to try and save people money and time.

Absolutely love the power of this fan vs the newer models with the filter built in. It's super quiet, very powerful and nice looking. Love the remote! It's pricey so I hope it lasts for many years.

I wanted a fan to circulate air in bedroom while I had the air condition turned up in summer. It works great and also help cool room at night. Very quiet. I bought on sale and definitely worth it!

The Dyson fan is so much better than any other fan I have owned. It fits anywhere, runs quietly and looks stylish. All that and no fan blades to worry about. Does a great job cooling the room. Expensive but worth it.
