Amazing vacuum! Easy to set up, quick charging and out of this world suction. Easily picks up all dog hair. Some people mention that compared to other similar vacuums you have to hold the trigger on the Dyson. Honestly, I hardly even notice holding the trigger and to me that is a non-issue. I wish it came with the soft head attachment but the included attachment works fine on my tile floors and my rugs. If you are over 40 this vacuum is a life-changer :)

This is a new thing for me. Its cordless and very easy to use. I have to say that the power to lift any items from the floor is outstanding as the power of this vacuum is powerful. Great product.

Replaced a V8, no looking back. The design improvements make the difference, down to something as simple as how the V10 hangs on the charger. It per ate so longer, easier to empty, now that’s what I expected from Dyson!

Fantastic vacuum. What I thought was a little dog hair on my couch turned out to be a canister full of hair. Its 1000% better than any other vacuum as far as construction too. Not too long ago I purchased a Bissell vacuum and the first day I had the belts broke. The Dyson, although, plastic feel, feels more durable than the bulker vacuums. I saw complaints of having to keep pressing the trigger to use the vacuum but I don't understand the problem. it is clearly set up not to utilized the battery power when not using it. The only regret is that the battery is not easily swappable in case I go beyond the 40 minutes. Now, I have yet to exceed the 40 minutes of usage but if and when I do, it would be nice. But I will ignore this oversight because it is an incredible vacuum

This is my 3rd Dyson vacuum (one previous stick version and a full sized plug-in) - and definitely my favorite for my current needs. My home is all hard floors and I only have a few rugs. I have 2 cats and as much as I beg and plead, they don’t seem to understand how to wipe the litter off of their paws (amateurs!). This sucker (see what I did there) gets up everything with ease! I love it. Truly. I find myself cleaning more often because it’s just so darn satisfying and easy to use! The new roller head is light years better than my old one at not getting my hair wrapped all around it, the suction is noticeably more intense, and the battery life is WAY longer (also love the battery life indicator - so helpful!)

Great vacuum as the suction power is wonderful. It is light weight and easy to use. Charging is accomplished while the vacuum is hanging in storage!

I really like this vacuum. It is light and easy to use. Very easy to empty the basket. Also fairly simple to take apart if it gets really dirty inside. I have it set up sitting on the wall just outside the kitchen.

I don’t know how I survived without this vacuum. It’s lightweight body with yet strong strong suction is amazing. I will always keep this tool in my homes.

Light weight, cordless, easy to dispose of the dirt, and comes with different attachments for multi-use. Can even us to vacuum your car. Only downfall is it does die fairly quickly, but I have seen videos of people attaching a DeWalt battery which would solve that issue.

excellent purchase!! the ease of operation is a key factor ! It is light weight but powerful enough for our household purpose. Emptying the canister is simple also . I highly recommend.

Great cordless vacuum. It’s light weight, charges quickly, and the charge lasts long enough clean all the carpeted areas in our house. We haven’t even tried all the attachments yet. It picks up A LOT of dirt.

The vacuum is good and powerful for cleaning up messes and every day use on hard floors. However, you have to take the sweeper part off before dumping it out and that seems to be a flaw that could have been changed. Besides that, we’ve had it for about a month now and so far so good.

Changed my life. We have two cats and a dog and no other vacuum has survived and worked so well. I’ve had it 1.5 years now and it works as well as the day I received it. Worth every penny

Fantastic for anyone with a pet, the mini furniture attachment is superb and does a better job than any tool I've ever used. The vacuum itself is very light, has a very large dust bin, excellent sucking power, and has more than enough battery on a charge.

We have heard raving reviews from my brother and his wife about their Dyson like this and have used theirs many times! They have had theirs for quite some time now (the Orange one though) and my sister ended up getting the one that is a step down from this Animal one, and we have tried hers out many times while helping her at her house too! The kids love using and it’s not a chore to get all of our hardwood cleaned up now, like it used to be! The only complaint is you can not put these vacuums on full power if you want to vacuum longer than 10 min about. When I have it on full power with it fully charged it vacuums only about 800square feet before the battery is dead. Half power we can vacuum around 2000sq ft. My sisters Dyson didn’t come with as nice of a head, so my brother conveniently had a spare for hers. He examined the head of this Dyson V10 Animal and said it is the same/very similar to the one they have (which is the highest level they sell of the V10). It picks up small particles the size of goldfish crackers but anything bigger it won’t. Keep in mind not to suck up anything larger than a little goldfish cracker as it will clog the hose/wand.

This was a gift. I wanted the V8+, which is the model I use but took this due to timing for the holidays. It's larger and heavier than the V8. It also has a larger container for dirt and three power modes instead of two.

Perfect little vac, lightweight, easy to maneuver around. My last one died (my fault) I could barely wait for this replacement I am so spoiled I couldn’t function without a replacement.

Weak after one year. This vacuum is bulkier than most other handheld Dyson's, yet the motor is already wearing out after a year. If I don't use the maximum boost setting, I'll be going over the same patch of rug/flooring repeatedly, so now it's always on boost, which then depletes its battery power quickly. There's also something wrong with the fitting, it's really hard to remove attachments - much more so than the v7 handheld Dyson we had before. I will be looking at other brands at this point.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I own a Dyson DC28 Animal (I don't even own any pets) that I've had for over 10 years now and it has worked well. I needed a cordless option for quick clean-up where using a corded vacuum with a hose attachment is too cumbersome. The Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal has worked so well so far. The power and battery life has been great and the provided attachments are perfect for all my needs. I even use it in my truck and it works well. The trigger button is very sensitive and I find myself touching it unintentionally when removing/replacing the vacuum on the charging station and carrying it around. I wish it was a little less "feather touch". That's really been my only complaint.

Excellent vacuum. Easy to use. Picks up all our our dirt. I am able to clean about 2000 sq ft on a single charge. Wall mount very simple to install. Highly recommend
