I love this vacuum. I have two dogs, one with longer hair and one with shorter hair that seems to weave its way into fabric. This spring into summer seemed like the worst shedding I have seen from them in a while and I knew I needed a new vacuum to keep up. After doing some research I knew I wanted to get a Dyson. The cord free feature makes it super easy to grab the vacuum and clean up one spot or to vacuum the whole house in little time. I was hesitate with how much this vacuum cost, but I can honestly say it has been worth every cent.

On carpet I thought was clean, it pulled up lots of dust. It is easy to use, easy to mount, and powerful. The only downsides are that it is on the louder side when on max power, which is to be expected for how powerful it is, and that it only gets around 15min when using the main spinning brush attachment on max power. Fortunately you can turn down the power and get more life from it on something like a hardwood floor since you dont' need that much power to pull through thick carpet fibers. TLDR: It is expensive but is worthy of it's price tag. No regrets here.

Great cordless vacuum, battery lasts a long time. Works great for vacuuming on hardwood floors with long Shepard dog hair.

I love ALMOST everything about this vacuum. It's easy to set up and use and empty. The suction and run time is perfect for my 2 dog and heavy traffic household. The one complaint is the power trigger. I wish it had a switch instead, as the vacuum rubs against my thumb because of holding the trigger. I got this to replace an older corded dyson model, and we run a Shark robot vacuum daily, but regularly need clean ups in between. This is perfect as long as the job doesn't take more than 10 minutes at a stretch.

Our old original Dyson had a few broken parts, and it was BIG. I gave this a try, mostly as a space saver. Cordless looked convenient too. The Cyclone is super light and easy to use. We hung the charger in a closet- a great space saver. Most impressive, though, is the cleaning power. It gets dust out of the carpet that the old vacuum didn’t. We had to empty it so quickly and often... It’s hard to imagine the original Dyson cleaning as well when it was brand new.

I've had multiple Dyson units and this one is great for mobility and weight, especially with stairs.

Performed well but i wish the bin was bigger and the batteries would last a bit longer but overall a great product

Returned this to the store after 2 years of use due to it breaking and promptly received a full refund and bought a replacement. Geek squad protection is unparalleled.

Super easy to use and not too loud. Just make sure to charge it when not in use so it won’t die on you.

I never thought i would look foward to vaccuming. I have a cat and its so easy to just pick this thing up and clean!

These are expensive vacuums. I would not normally pay this much for a vacuum, but I caught it on sale. This vacuum has great suction and battery life. My only complaint is that on hardwood, which my entire house is, the main head attachment is loud as it runs over the floor and creates vibration, which causes your hands to go numb after long use. I noticed there is an option for another head attachment that is more like a dusting (soft) head, but it is $100 - WOW - that's an expensive attachment!

Just what we wanted, easy breezy to use. No bulky machine and use of so kuch strength to move it around.

As always, dyson lives up to their reputation. Awesome vacuum. Great run time. Great power. Easily emptied and cleaned.

Easy to use and gets the dirt out. Our house is a lot less dusty since using this vacuum now on a regular basis.
