Overall this is a great little vacuum. Very powerful and pretty light and easy to use. However, after only using it for about 3 months, the large vacuum head stopped rotating. We took it apart as directed and completely cleaned it out and it rotates freely by hand. However, it will no longer rotate when the vacuum is on. Very frustrating!!

This product is very good. I have pets in my house, and they left alot of hair and junk in the floor, so i bought this vacuum because i heard it was good. And it is!! Its easy to handle, have a very strong vacuum, and really easy to clean. If you use it at medium potency, it last around 45 minutes, which is a lot for a wireless vacuum.

We have three dogs, so I'm always battling dog hair and dust bunnies. This vacuum is specifically for pet hair and it does not disappoint. It got the hair was deep in the carpet that my other vacuums didn't even touch. It's light-weight, easy to handle and I love that it's cordless.

Ive been using this product for a few month now and I must say, I am sure glad I purchased it. Makes cleaning up the home fun and easy. Works great on my linoleum floors as well as my welcome mats. Its easy to maneuver and not heavy at all. The charging dock makes charging easy. Everytime I put it away it self charges for my next use.

I love this vacuum for quick touchups. It doesn't work great to pick up cat litter but then, it's a rare vacuum that does. This one replaced a prior Dyson cordless because the battery died. This one is more powerful, lasts longer, and can clean the entire house without running out of juice.

It is easy to use. I love how it gets up the pet hair off my sofas! They look brand new! It’s amazing how much hair is on the floors I don’t even see! Beware though, if it gets wet it will not work for several days! I accidentally turned it on after cleaning the filter and have learned my lesson! This is a costly vacuum for it not to work!

This is the second one I have purchased for two different homes. Works very very well. No issues at all. It will handle light carpet well and hard flooring of course. Great battery life. Highly recommend!

Everything about this vacuum is amazing! I was coming from a corded large vacuum and a small dust buster, both were not dyson. This replaces both! The attachments are perfect for everything from vacuuming the main floors, the wooden stairs, to the carpet. The battery last much longer than I expected. Can’t go back after this!

Bought this vacuum for my hardwood floors and am not disappointed at all. This thing is amazing. Even my 7 year old enjoys cleaning the floors with this thing. So that is a win/win for me. Definitely would highly recommend this vacuum for all your needs.

This vacuum is really awesome. It has lots of power, its really light weight and easy to use. The only thing that I just don't get is why they don't have a removable battery like a drill or power tool. This vacuum is fine for a small home, but it can't do the entire house on high (what's the point of any other vacuum level?).

I have always tended to buy cheaper vacuums which never seem to do the job. I decided to get the Dyson because of the good reviews and reputation. This vacuum has great suction, is great for getting around and under furniture, and best of all it empties easier than any other vacuum I have owned.

bought it for removing pet hair on furniture with a cross woven fabric. Nothing else would work. The only complaint I have is that because of the ridiculous amount of dog hair my dog leaves behind, I have to run it on boost to be most effective and that depletes the battery very quickly.

I was weary of spending this amount of money on a vaccuum. This was my first big purchase on a vaccuum and i can say it is worth it. Youre definitely paying for the name but it does work very well. I love that i can take it anywhere and i dont have to worry about the cord being to short or getting caught somewhere.

Light weight, powerful suction and the battery run time is plenty.

This vacuum picks up everything. We have had several different vacuum for our harwoods over the last couple years and none compare to the suction power and ease of use of this Dyson. It pulls the dog and cat hair out of our furniture and leaves it smelling fresh and has not harmed the fabric at all.

I Love this vaccum light weight the suction is strong. Picks up a lot of dog hair. My daughter came to stay with me with her dog that sheds a lot and it really helped keep the dog hairs off the floor. I would buy even if you do not have animal it a great all around vacuum . Highly recommend

Love the Dyson products and Best Buy’s sales are great

Upgraded from an old portable vacuum that only lasted 10 mins on a single charge when new. Didn't last that long anymore and wanted a cordless vacuum that was portable and can vacuum the floor. This did both. Love that it's relatively quiet and battery can last between 40-60 mins on a single charge depending on the setting you use.
