Great product and very good customer service through out with Best Buy! Highly recommend purchasing here instead of through Dyson, then just register the item with Dyson.

Works well on hardwood floors and small projects. Battery on lasts about 1 hour.

Love this! Lightweight yet powerful. Sucks up animal hair, threads, long hair without tangling in the roller. Bought the earlier model for my daughter years back.. a tremendous improvement!

I had an older corded Dyson. It didn't have very good suction and I got no good use out of the attachments. This vacuum has great suction and a pretty good battery life. I really like the adjustment you can make to the base to get a tighter seal on tile. It sounds really cool too.

We love our new dyson vacuum, it’s very handy. The attachments can be changed easily. Sometimes it’s hard to empty the canister, it doesn’t open easily. And there should be a place to hang all the attachments, it only has 2 spots & there are more attachments than that. But I like the way it works and the suction it has.

Yes, it does have a good suction for pet hair & dust, any other heavier material you’ll need to use the higher suction level. You would think for the price the battery would last at least 30 minutes and have an extra battery included. Nah, battery lasts 15-20 and that’s using the lower level of suction, 10 max with the highest. I live in a 900sqft apartment and use the vacuum on all except the bedroom since it has a thick carpet and use my bigger vacuum for this one. It takes about 30 minutes to vacuum the rest but this Dyson doesn’t meet the challenge, I have to recharge it half way and immediately after use. Luckily my apartment is not that big, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a bigger area, also because of the poor battery and no extra one. And it’s also heavy when hand-hold used.

Already having a Dyson Animal (corded version) I knew they were great vacuums. The cordless ability of this is the BEST THING EVER. Vacuuming steps has never been easier and it is soooo lightweight! Cordless in general makes my heart so happy! No hassle! Best large $ purchase I’ve made in a while!!!!

Love this vacuum! I use it everyday! Works very well with carpet. Very lightweight and doesn't make that loud of a noise compared to other vacuums I've owned. Now I can vacuum even in the middle of the night without worrying of disturbing my apartment neighbors.

I have a corgi and this is the only thing that gets all the hair up. I love all of the attachments and how lightweight it is. I can carry it anywhere in the house and the suction power is amazing. 100% would recommend this.

We had a LG battery powered vacuum and was not happy with it. This dyson has much more power and the battery life is very good. My wife is very happy with this vacuum cleaner.

Well exceeds expectations. I put off buying a Dyson for years and purchased cheaper alternatives instead. I finally pulled the trigger and bought this Dyson and it has made cleaning our home significantly easier and more enjoyable! Worth the investment.

Prefect for a larger home and does very well with all the tools it comes with ! Very glad we chose this despite the hard decision from picking a "cheaper" version ! This was the best purchase yet ! Definitely true to its name !

Vacuum is easy to use, different attachments come included which makes it helpful for different clenaing methods (smaller areas or difficult areas to reach). I would recommend.

Firstly, I hate to vacuum! But with 6 cats it is almost a daily requirement. This vacuum makes it fun. I find myself vacuuming everything! It's lightweight & does an amazing job picking up anything I throw at it! It's worth every penny & I will never buy anything but Dyson!

Worth every penny. Very powerful vacuum and extremely easy clean up. I can’t see myself buying any other type of vacuums other than Dyson. We now own 2 Dyson vacuums, Dyson air purifier, and Dyson hair Dryer. Every Dyson product was definitely worth the price tag.

This is the easiest vacuum to use and because of that, I find myself vacuuming my floors more often. No more carrying my heavier model up the stairs either, it’s so lightweight and maneuvers around and under furniture so easily. I would highly recommend!

Only regret I wish I would have purchased sooner! Best vacume ive ever had, the ease and the convenience omg the convenience is the best! The light structure! I do wish it had another tool accessory it does come with some but a different brush would be nice, overall a great purchase
