Works well and very easy to operate at first, the 5 stars in review below are for that. Durability 1 star. I don't feel its made to be used as an everyday, my wife is a chronic cleaner (gives me anxiety) and we’ve gone through a few of these. Opted for the corded version and that is working grear.

Upgrade from prior Dyson stick and this is worth the price. More powerful and battery last longer.

I have pets, and so have a lot of fur and dirt around. I tried using this vacuum directly on the hard floor to pick up dirt, grass, and fur, but it gets clogged easily (you hear this pulsating vacuum sound), requiring a long pole (broom handle) to unclog the main tube. Also, while it does an excellent job of extracting fur from the carpet, the fur quickly clogs up the filter in the trap canister, requiring frequent emptying. Still, I am very impressed with the unit, and am glad I bought it. My old vacuum was terrible at lifting fur from the rugs, and this one does a great job.

This is the best cleaning I’ve ever gotten. I bought it because my fiancé leaves hair everywhere around the apartment. It’s like having a husky at the apartment. With this vacuum I can easily pick up her hair and dispose it in the trash can along with other dirt or stuff that might be on the tile floor.

This is so strange that I would write about a vacuum cleaner. But since I am a techie and a device perfectionist, this is easy and mandatory. This is one of the coolest and most cleverly designed machines ever. I actually love vacuuming now. I won’t use the central system nor the huge Hoover for touch ups any longer. Dyson and his team are pure geniuses.

Easy to use and very easy to change attachments, clean the filter etc. Love the weight of the product also.

Was not sure what to expect. Just had hardwood floors installed on main floor of home. We have two dogs, one of which sheds quite a bit. Also, messy me who spills chewing tobacco on occasion. The vacuum had been terrific for day-to-day clean up. No cord! Just pull it out of the charger for a quick clean. Connecting tools is a breeze. Battery lasts about as long as advertised. Would recommend to a friend.
