Customers often highlight the Cyclone V10 Animal Pro's impressive suction, ease of use, and long battery life as key strengths. Many appreciate its lightweight design and powerful performance, along with the multiple attachments included. However, some users mention the small dustbin requiring frequent emptying and the relatively high price point as drawbacks. A few also noted minor concerns about the wall mount and trigger mechanism.

Dyson V10 does an amazing job of vacuuming!

I have a Dyson V7 vacuum which has been a very dependable product. However, I decided to upgrade to a V10 after listening to the many excellent reviews. My conclusion is the V10 is stronger than the V7 and the charge lasts longer. Emptying the bin is very easy (and for some reason, quite satisfying).

Best vacuum with suction power, battery life and ability for diff surfaces. Had a knockoff brand and finally got sick of it clogging and having errors. With a golden retriever this has been a heaven sent! Gets all the fur and don’t even need to put it on the max suction.

Love this, except you must know it’s limitations. You can do probably a 2,000 sqft house on medium power. On high power, 1,000 sqft max before a recharge however the fact that you can just grab this off the wall and go is a game changer from corded products. Light, fast, and agile.

Surprisingly efficient and quiet, too! Our traditional vacuum hasn’t seen use since we bought the Dyson. It still works well but we prefer the Dyson hands down. Amazing amount of dog hair even after the big vac has been run. Wow!
Quick charging and easy to empty, too. No regrets!

This little guy is the perfect unit for my small house. I can easily vacuum all the carpet and transfer right over to the LVT flooring and not have to change the head unit. Strong suction, enough to vacuum all the dog hair up daily. the ease of dumping this is second to none as well.

Great vacuum cleaner, but canister doesn't hold much - especially when you have a Labrador. Battery doesn't seem to last as long as I wish, but I have a large house. I used this after using my older vacuum and was surprised at how much more this picked up! The portability makes cleaning the stairs a breeze!!! I recommend getting a trigger lock off Amazon as holding down the trigger can be tiresome.

I upgraded to this model from my old V6. Double everything! Love the two heads and the super power. Also I can do my whole little house with little effort. 100% improvement and I don't even like to vacuum unless I use this older model, because it is more affordable.

The Cyclone V10 is very powerful, handling my tile as well as my carpets. To keep the battery from losing power too quickly, I clean the tile on the lower setting then switch to the higher setting for the carpets and I am able to finish my house without having to recharge the battery.

Purchased this over a four months ago to replace a Dyson Animal that quit. Not a V10. Best Buy gave me a full credit for the older Dyson even though it was a month past its extended warranty. This V10 is going strong. Has great suction, great attachments.

Overall it’s a great vacuum: great suction power, very handy accessories, and fairly intuitive operation buttons. This is a perfect “spot clean” vacuum that picked up stubborn pieces stuck in carpet, but is definitely not a whole house vacuum due to the limited battery capacity and the power needed. For whole house, go the traditional corded upright vacuums. I went and got an aftermarket stand that charges and holds the vacuum and all accessories that I find extremely handy to have.
My only major concern: battery life. By this I mean it’s replaceability in due time when the battery doesn’t hold a lot of charge. I’ve heard of people using aftermarket replaceable batteries, but for the most part doesn’t hold as well a charge than whatever Dyson uses. I’m hoping Dyson would look into a battery replacement service for it’s already hefty price tag and reinforce their ideals for sustainability.

I love my Dyson V10! So easy to vacuum hardwood floors then change attachment and clean rugs. Just great not having a cord to worry about. I have cats and it does a great job picking up fur. It should come with a tool attachment holder to store everything, but it doesn’t. Ordered one online.

Love the versatility of this vacuum. It’s very easy to switch to a new tool. It’s also very light and switches from carpet to hardwood seamlessly.. The battery doesn’t last very long, especially if using the boost feature. Wish there would have been more storage worked into the charging station. It only holds 2 tools so the other tools have to be stored somewhere else.

We have had other stick vacuums but have been disappointed. The Dyson works well, suction is excellent. Very easy to empty dust basket. I’d like to see better range of motion for the vacuum head. The design makes it hard to get under some furniture.

This vacuum is so easy to use! Great for wood floors, tile, rugs and even carpet! It picks up what my roomba can’t. A big life saver when you have animals and stairs. Only thing I would change is you have to hold the button down the whole time to turn it on while using.

Love how easy it is to pick up from charger and vacuum. Great on floors! Picks up cheerios off floor easily. Super powerful. Game changer for stairs. Easy to empty. Great online tutorials from Dyson that only take a few minutes. Fun to use!

I really like this vacuum; light weight, great suction, easy to maneuver into small places that are difficult to reach with other vacuums. We'll see how it holds up, but so far by far my favorite vacuum ever, out of quite a few across my lifetime.

This version comes with a wall mount and multiple attachments. The roller attachment is great for hardwood floors and our steps (also hardwood). We can typically vacuum an entire floor when using a motorized attachment on the medium setting.

Great vacuum! Works excellent, it’s light and the attachments are awesome. Has three different power settings and it is really powerful. Picked it up on sale for $399.99, but it would have been worth paying full price, yeah, it’s that good!!

I’m giving this 4 stars because the vacuum itself is AMAZING and all of the attachments are awesome but the battery life isn’t the best. I’ve charged it for 3 1/2 hours and if you’re using it on the highest boost setting (suction) it literally drains the battery in 5 mins. That is the only downfall so far for me.

Best Dyson we have owned! Owned two of the last versions of Dyson and the battery life just keeps getting better in them. The suction on this one I believe is the best and for carpet it has two settings for large and small debris.
