I’ve had an older version of this vacuum and it is definitely a big step up from it. It has a lot more suction power and is a lot easier to empty it out into the garbage.

I bought this vacuum for my mom and she loves it, the first time she used it she was amazed by how much dirt it was able to pick up. It's easy to use, has great suction gets the job done.

Great product. We had a dyson before but the older version and this one works way better! The battery life is much longer and suction is stronger. Highly recommend!

This vacuum is flat out amazing! The suction power on this thing is incredible! I have three cats and one dog, and I can certainly say that it cleans all three floors with Ease.

This vacuum has changed my life. It is so easy to use and so powerful, that I just grab it for a quick cleanup. A friend tried ours and went to Best Buy the next day to purchase one.

Battery life does not last long if you put the power on high. It is convenient and easy to use and not bulky like most vacuums. Would like a little more power without losing battery life, other than that its a great vacuum.

Excellent vacuum. Very light. Battery lasts a long time. I would say it’s almost good enough to replace your regular plug-in vacuum.

We love our Dyson. We have a full Dyson vacuum but the cordless makes it easier to get to small messes and the attachments are great.

I really like this V10 Model of the Motorhead. They improved the system to empty the material from the collection bin. Plus it has a Hepa Filter that eliminates the smells that used to blow at you from the V6 vacuum. It is also very easy to clean the entire vacuum without having to disassemble the main unit to properly clean it. I also bought the Dyson V8 Absolute for almost the same price, so, I have all the attachments that doesn't come standard with the Motorhead model. If you need only one, I probably would get the V8 Absolute, but, I have two stories to clean, so, it's easier to use one for each level.

I love this vacuum, the battery last the entire time I need it and it has enough power to get everything off of my hardwood floors the first time.

Easy to use and light! Love the cordless feature and the trigger button to keep it on or shut off as soon as you release your finger.

This is so powerful and lightweight that cleaning any floor surface is a breeze! I would highly recommend it but buy the Best Buy warranty!

I. Misleading Battery life. From Dyson's own Web site "Up to 60 minutes of powerful suction." Well, they forgot the lawyerly fine print "if using low power mode." I have been able to get the V10 using non-powered dusting head at max power mode to run for a total of 8.5 minutes before the battery is depleted. While in this mode it picked up a lot of dust in seat cushions that a 6HP shopvac with a fabric cleaning head missed. So it's impressive to say the least. When I step the unit down to a lower power mode, it runs for much longer. I called Dyson and they admitted that the unit should run for 9 minutes in max power mode - a far cry from the slightly misleading advertising of "up to 60 minutes." I find the next lowest power mode lasting about 20 minutes. Beyond that, the suction really drops off and isn't what I need to pull dust off of hardwood floors. II. Attachments are different form factor from previous Dyson cord-based product. However, you can get adapters for your older Dyson heads on-line. III. The filtration system is excellent, and per Dyson's web site is down to 0.3 microns and it isn't into redistributing dust throughout your home like many other hand-helds do. I don't see an airborne dust cloud while vacuuming. IV. Small form factor and fits in the smallest of places and comes with proper mounting hardware. V. Nice 2 year warranty where they pay for all shipping. Not comprehensive like the Best Buy protection plan is, but it tells you something about their confidence in the product.

After a full charge, I started cleaning an area of carpet close to a litter box. Almost immediately the chamber was full! It really reached deep into the carpet and got every microscopic bit of cat litter. (Our old vacuum must really be useless). As a matter of fact, the filter was plugged up with the micro-fine litter it picked up. So I had to wash & air dry it. Bottom line. If you really want to know how dirty your carpets are, get a Dyson. This cordless has plenty of power & can find all those hidden dust bunnies, etc. Great length & weight for cleaning fans, drapes, etc. Hope the power lasts. That has yet to be seen.

It has good reach and seems to pick up dirt well. Relatively light and easy to use; we mainly use for spot cleaning or spots where our robot vacuum doesn't reach easily.

I have owned Dyson Vacs for years and love them. Went from a V6 to the V10. Much longer runtime and more powerful. Never go wrong with a Dyson
