We read a lot of review before buying. If you are looking for a top quality air purifier this is the one. Easily set it up with your phone and the app, link it to alexa. The customizable oscillating setting is great cause no matter how it’s setting on your floor or on a table you choose what 45, 90 or 180 degree’s it turns.

Has a bunch of useful smart home features to monitor AQI around my home and I love that I can start/stop the fan via a smartphone app, anywhere in my house. Cons: Outdated product on Philips online store, also replacement filters are quite expensive and required to operate the fan even without the purifier function once the previous filter life ends.

Posted .Hello Nick, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're so glad to hear that you've been so pleased with how well the DP04 Pure Cool cleans the air in your home. We're also happy to learn how much you've appreciated the technology behind the Dyson Link App, and the ability to control your fan from anywhere in your home. With regard to the filter, the included filter with your machine will last approximately 4382 hours. If you were to run your machine 12 hours every single day, the filter would last you about one year. While the unit can be powered on and used with a filter that needs to be changed, you wouldn't experience the same air quality as with a clean filter.

It would be nicer for the fan to blend in with the decor like another one I also purchased. That said, I'm a big fan (pun intended) of Dyson designs. The app works well, the fan is reasonable quiet on the lower speeds, the filters seem to remove the unwanted pollution well. I own several Dyson products, and I'm not disappointed with the DP04.
